Pete's Appliances was recommended to us by a friend when our washing machine stopped working. The machine is about 7-8 years old, but still in good shape, and since we plan to sell our house within the next year, we did not want to purchase a new one. The gentleman who came from Pete's was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of good information about our particular model. He quickly diagnosed that it was the latch on the lid, the machine wasn't recognizing it as being closed, and that's why it wouldn't start. He replaced the part and now it works just like new! Very happy with the service.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT I FIND THE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGABLE DELIVERR STAFF WAS ON TIME, THE CLEAN UP AFTER LEAVING, NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. GOOD CALL BACK SERVICE. WHEN I RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH NOT KNOWING HOW TO OPERATE THE DISHWASHER THEY WOULD HELP OVER THE PHONE.

When our year old dryer quit, the service technician diagnosed the problem quickly. His efforts proved that the dryer had never started correctly. We had been using the select cycle dial to start it up- a one button start when it was for safety reasons to be two. He ordered the part and then when it was received phoned to say that the unit had been sent 'defective'. He had checked it out at the shop. He then brought the second delivered part a week late and installed it correctly. Now our dryer is workig perfectly. We have found Peter's Appliances over the 25 years we have lived in our house to provide xcellent, honest service.

My husband and I were having trouble with our LG fridge. Its temperature would vary and the items in the fridge would thaw and get cold again. The ice cubes were a clear indicator that something was definitely wrong. We were lucky that the fridge was still under warranty so we did not have to pay to have it repaired. Peter's Appliance Service had a person out to our home in three days. The first guy could not find the problem but the company was kind enough to send a second guy a few days later. The second guy found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Overall, we haven't had any problems with the fridge since (it has been about 8 months now). The only downfall was that the company could only make it here during regular business hours so my husband had to take a day off of work in order to get it repaired.
