Following a disastrous bathroom renovation, Sam of Avon Ridge Homes came in and assessed the situation then reported that he could re-do it. This required an almost complete RE-RENOVATION. Throughout this project, crew members arrived on time, kept the mess to a minimum and were professional on all levels. This RE-RENOVATION was completed on time and on budget as quoted. We are grateful to Sam and Anthony (love the baseboard trim) for their attention to every detail and for coming to our rescue when we thought all was lost.

From the very beginning of the project we already knew that we were in good hands. Sam's attention to detail and extensive knowledge of materials and finishes is outstanding. Sam gave us great ideas, and helped us in the selection of the design of the cabinetry, granite countertops, backsplash, potlights etc. which created our dream kitchen. His complete team of tradespeople were very skilled professionals who did an amazing job, took great pride in their work and always cleaned up. I was extremely pleased with the end result. The kitchen is gorgeous! I love my new kitchen and only wish I had done it sooner! The renovation process was infinitely better than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his great team to family and friends. He (and his team) really care !

From start to finish, we were extremely happy with the job that Sam did. All of his tradesmen were licenced professionals that took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. With Sam's help we created an open concept main floor with the focal point being the kitchen. Every time we have people over, they marvel over our kitchen. Our bungalow had old hardwood floors. Sam brought in a flooring specialist who made our floors look like new! They are georgeous! We also appreciated the fact that Sam suggested ways to keep the cost under control (as we certainly had a budget!), without compromising quality. Also, the tradesmen showed up when they were supposed to and always cleaned up after themselves and we really appreciated that. You can certainly tell when you work with Sam that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was always suggesting great ideas to us, things that we never thought about that really make our place look not only beautiful, but more functional as well. What we were most impressed with though is how much pride he takes in his work and making sure that we were happy with the end product. It was a pleasure to work with Sam and I definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

We had Sam give us an estimate for a total kitchen renovation. He was not the cheapest quote we had but we liked his professionalism and we felt that he would do a great job. We were certainly not disappointed. He had great ideas to make the most of our existing space and the workmanship was top notch. His tradespeople were professionals. They did the entire job on time and with minimum disruption. We are delighted with the finished product.
