Hi Lisa This is Jeremy I would be more then happy to come there and confront who ever told you I never did work properly. I always do my work properly always unlike alot of people in the city. I provided very good and fast service when you called more then once. I am a licensed contractor which I will provide to anyone that asks. Not only did we do a good job but I gave a very fare price for the work to help you guys. When you say the work was not completed I assume you mean the interlock. We priced this job for waterproofing and I was good enough to say I would come back and install interlock the following season. I never gave date on when this would be done as every season is different and hard to tell what will happen with emergencies. As all of Toronto knows we have had alot of flooding this year and the guys and myself have been pushed to the limit with these emergencies which I must put first for my customers. I have emails this year that I replied back to saying we were trying our hardest to get there but was unable to make it yet. I would be more then happy to install interlock like we said and I would be more then happy to confront the person saying job was not done properly. I have plenty of references from customers I am licensed for waterproofing and much more. The person that has said job was not done properly do they have a waterproofing license and how much experience do they have ? Feel free to call us to rectify problem and we will keep our word and finish interlock even though the price gave was only based on waterproofing. Thanks Jeremy
