When we began looking around to have some custom closets done, u always want Excellent Customer service & of course u want the job to look professionally done, as well as to be done in a timely manner! We had two quotes done, and not only did Georgia Peach (Herc) provide a better price, it included much more than the other companies. From the first day we met (Herc), he was very professional, and made sure to design something that would work for us! He listened to everything we asked for, and provided his professional opinion on a few changes that turned out be more beneficial to us, and as well very esthetically looking! When (Herc) took measurements, two days later we received the designs and quote for four bedrooms closets, and main floor jacket closet. He was very accommodating, and willing to work around our schedule once we decided to choose Georgia Peach as our installer. From the beginning,, until the installation date, we made several changes to our designs, and (Herc) always made those changes and provided updated designs either the same day or the next! Now that our closets are complete, we absolutely love them, and are very glad we chose Georgia Peach Closets and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I found Herc through HomeStars and let me start off by saying that all the positive reviews I read here are true. Herc went way above and beyond what I had expected and then some more. Both my wifr and I are throughly impressed with both Herc himself as person and also his work. He is very pleasant, professional, and genuine. Due to my other renovations going on, I've caused him a lot of inconvenience and prolonged his install, but Herc was very understanding and tried his best to work his way around. His prices are very reasonable and also gave us some really useful accessories. He saw that my wife couldn't reach the top shelves and was thoughtful enough to give her a small stool! After the first day of install, he had a family emergency that I would have understand if he had to come back to finish the job when everything was settled, but he insisted to come back on the originally scheduled date to finish the work. I am glad I gave GeorgiaPeach a call when I needed custom closets, and have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you Herc!

Herc is very professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He's very prompt in answering email, and returning call. He listened to and delivered exactly what I wanted! herc and his team are great! we initially only planned on having our master bedroom and second bedroom walk-ins done. herc brought our attention to our entrance closet and showed us what could be done with it and it just made sense to have it done as well. Now all our closets are so much more functional, especially our entrance closet (thanks herc for that awesome suggestion!) he listened to what we wanted and made some recommendations, which we incorporated. his customer service was great and he always arrived with a smile. we've already had several friends see our closets and asked for herc's contact. we would not hesitate to recommend georgiapeach closets and will definitely call herc again for a garage solution as a future project!
