We first met Fresh Carpet Cleaning after we had new carpet installed by Kensington Floors. They came to our house to deal with some marks on the carpet that were left from the manufacturing of the carpet. The Professional Carpet Stain Removing Product took the stain out immediately! As a bonus (to me) I was left with a container of the cleaner. Over the last couple of years I have used this product on whatever stain is on the carpet - food, liquids, dog urine. This is truly a remarkable product and I highly recommend it. The workman who came to the house was friendly and knowledgeable and if we were still living in Calgary, I would use them for my carpet cleaning needs.

The last time someone came to clean my carpets, you couldn't even tell that he had even been here. During my search for someone new, I stumbled upon HomeStars and saw all the excellent reviews about Bill and Get Fresh. I was somewhat skeptical, wondering if any carpet cleaner could be as good as what the reviewers have described. I was happy to find out that the answer is YES. I didn't think it would be possible to get the dirt out of the carpet on our stairs, but Bill proved me wrong. The carpets look like new. Bill was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. After using Get Fresh Carpet Cleaning, I will never use a different carpet cleaning company, and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Bill did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets of the house we just moved into. There were a lot of stains that we didn't think would come out, particularly in the finished basement, but the results were amazing. It looked like a brand new carpet in the basement, and even the worst stains had been removed. The carpets all over the house looked 100% better than they did before. Bill also gave us a lot of tips on general carpet care and gave us some great spot remover. You won’t be disappointed if you use this company!

Bill, the Owner & Operator of Get Fresh, is very personable & pleasant. He does a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in a completely non-toxic manner. He is very good at getting stains out that I did not think would be possible! He goes above & beyond with suggestions for fixing carpet issues - such as puppies chewing the edge of the carpet. He leaves the carpet as good as new! I will never use anyone else - it is worth every penny!

these guys are booked far in advance but the wait was worth it. The results were good and they impressed me by keeping the outside cold air to a minimum while they cleaned. Left us with a bottle of cleaner for upholstery - good business

Bill cleaned the carpets of our new 2,200 square foot home before we moved in. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I have never seen someone so particular about carpet cleaning before...he even trimmed the carpet on our stairs with scissors so they looked consistent!!! Amazing!
