We highly recommend Moody Construction Corp. Greg is an experienced Contractor who is reliable, trustworthy, takes time to listen to his clients, researches, preplans, offers clear proposals, including evaluation costs and completion times on projects. Greg applies the highest standards in the execution of each job including the clean-up of the site. We sincerely value his expertise, skilled craftsmanship and creativity when undertaking both major and minor projects. We have always been impressed with the results and willingly recommend Moody Construction Corp. to our friends and neighbours. Recently when speaking with Greg about undertaking a small project, he explained that he made the difficult and the morally correct decision to close his business due to the Covid-19 pandemic. His concerns were first and foremost for his clients. Thank you, Greg, we continue to be impressed with your thoughtfulness!

I hired Moody Construction to help me complete my 3rd floor master bedroom renovation. I had some unconventional ideas of what I wanted, and Greg was able to see my vision and create something beautiful for me. I have never been as happy with a renovation project! His workmanship is meticulous, and he is a pleasure to work with. Always punctual, courteous, and tidy. He is great at problem solving and managing and coordinating the entire project. I am looking forward to having him back for my next project!

Moody construction was an outstanding company to work with in our home renovations. I have employed him now three times in two homes over the last several years He is always on time I’m project completion. He comes organized with his own scaffolding equipped with ALL tools and materials needed. He sets up a barrier to not transfer any dusty in the home. He cleans up after himself at days end and is ready for the next day. He’s prices are fair and his work is quite honestly some of the best work in our home. If I could utilize him for every project and trade I would! Greg Moody is also a lovely person. He is friendly and is pleasant to everyone in my family. I would certainly highly recommend Moody Construction Corp.

My home had major water renovation and I needed to have someone come in and completing renovate a large on-suite bathroom, paint the entire main floor, repair a smaller bathroom and install new lighting and plumbing. I was very, very happy with Greg's work and the contractor's that he hired to the project. Everything was done on time - he was always available for questions and always got back to me about everything. My home was always left neat at the end of each work day. I worked with a designer and she she said that he was one of the easiest contractors that she had worked with in the past. Greg was recommended to me and I am so happy that he did the work in my home. I would definitely recommend him and would work with him again 100%!

We hired Moody Construction (Greg) to patch up our drywall after a rewiring project and also to replace a bathtub (and the adjacent tiling). Greg proved to be incredibly trustworthy on the pricing side of things and the quality of his work is excellent - everything came in at or slightly below estimates for our project and we really liked the end results. Greg worked closely with us in the planning process to ensure that everything would be exactly what we wanted and that things were done in a cost-efficient manner. Of particular note, everything was cleaned up on a daily basis, the drywall patches were so perfect that we even debated whether we would need to repaint, and he paid close attention to the small details such as doing a custom job to match a hidden baseboard to the others in the room. We will continue to hire Greg for all future projects that we undertake.

We've had many projects done, but no one has approached the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of Greg of Moody Construction Corp. From the initial planning to final clean up, it was a complete pleasure. Greg demonstrated a keen eye for design, produced exquisite joinery, and always maintained attention to detail. NOTE: The firewall cost was split with my neighbour so the cost is only reflecting my portion. Greg is the best contractor I have worked with to-date. His costs are very reasonable, he is extremely reliable, and the quality of his work is excellent. I've used him for 3 different projects now and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

I'm late in submitting my comments (Greg did some work for me in 2011) ... but really feel Greg deserves the accolades... When I looked up at my ceiling late one evening, I discovered a rather obvious bulge in my dining room ceiling... poked it and my finger went directly through the ceiling! Panicking, I contacted a friend for a recommendation and he gave me Gregs contact info. Greg responded immediately and, despite his busy schedule, squeezed me in and immediately repaired the leak and fully repaired the ceiling within days. Good as new. He is honest, fair and very personable. I couldn't have been happier with his services. Would hire him again for sure. Highly recommended.
