Porch enclosure / mud room
Bobby in OakvilleThis company was great to work with. The workmanship is excellent. The service was great. We had a little problem from the manufacture but Alex had resolved it and had the mud room installed a few days later. I would recommend this company to any looking for quality work. We love the mud room, it has added such a clean look to our home. It also feels much warmer by the front door. Can't wait to see how much we will save in heating costs. Thanks

Patio Door and Porch Enclosure
Edward in MarkhamI had Lumina replace a non-standard sized patio door. Alex was very helpful in giving us options and the best way to handle the installation. He was very open and honest with me on the products and the pricing. The door is very good quality and exactly as promised. The installation was done on time, as promised and was of exceptional quality. Alex didn't like the way my old wall trim looked with the new door so he had the installers replace it at no charge. I was so impressed with the whole process I had Lumina install a porch enclosure. Again, Alex's knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful to me to ensure that the enclosure was exactly what I needed/wanted. The pricing was very reasonable. He called me with updates on the status of the enclosure. Again, the quality of the product is very good. It was installed on time and again with exceptional quality. This was by far the best contractor experience that i have had. His pricing is very good. The products he uses are of exceptional quality. The installers are very professional, efficient and very good. Alex is very open and honest and doesn't pressure you. He delivers exactly what he says when he says. He is true to his word and I have no problem highly recommending Alex and Lumina to anyone that needs his services.

They have the best prices and the highest quality of service/product. The installer cleaned up all of the construction materials from the installation, and took very little time to install everything. They are also flexible with any additional extras you may want even after you already made the deal. I would contact this company further if you are looking for exceptional quality of product and service for a low cost.

New windows
Michelle Morra-Carlisle in ScarboroughWe recently had Lumina replace our main floor windows, including the big bay window, and two eating-area windows that we couldn't open before. Now, thanks to Alex's suggestions for which window style would fit which room and function, we have tight, non-drafty, energy-efficient windows that look beautiful (and will provide much needed ventilation since we can open them). These are top quality windows, yet, the more windows we agreed to install, the more reasonable the price got. In the end we got a very good deal. Alex was friendly and professional, and the installers were efficient and paid attention to every detail. We're the talk of the street now! Alex, thanks for everything.

Installation of new patio door
Alex and Stan exceeded my expectations | Theresa in TorontoThe project involved knocking out the back wall of my kitchen porch, removing an old door and window, installing new framing and installing a new custom size sliding patio door. I had a number of folks come look at the project and most overcomplicated the job. What I appreciate about Alex is that he brought the installer to assess the job and make sure that there would be no surprises down the line. The door was a custom door, both in terms of height and width and although i expected to wait 6-8 weeks for the manufacture; it was ready after only two weeks, thanks to Alex' good relationship with the manufacturers. The job was completed within just two days and the result far exceeded my expectations. As you can see from the before and after pictures, I now have an amazing space and I have Alex and Stan to thank for that. From my very first contact with him, Alex was upfront, honest, wanted my business and delivered on his promises, and I will definitely work with him again in the future. Thank you Alex and Stan.

Back Door & Dining Room Window
Alex is a great guy to work with | Michael in East yorkHe was definetly passionate about pleasing his customers and worked really hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a great price. He was always easy to reach, and had time to talk. The installation of a new back door and window on our older home was done quickly and cleanly. Despite the quirks of an older home, the installation went off without a hitch and the house looks great. We wanted to keep our existing historic trim and do as little damage as possible to the older details of our home. The window looks perfect and there is not even a scratch on the trim. Just as Alex promised! Alex is reliable and helpful, and we definetly appreciated it.
