I had my windows recently upgraded and couldn't be happier with the service or results. From the initial visit to the final followup, the whole crew was punctual, professional, hardworking and very effective. Some problems cropped up with the way my old windows had been done, and the crew dealt very effectively with repairs that hadn't been anticipated. There were other extras as well: all window coverings were placed back and the house was restored to order after the job was done. Bravo! I would heartily and universally recommend this company!

windows ok, some damage left after installation poor communication between company and client, messages left instead of direct communication, they did not make terms of payment clear and then sent email saying they would take dire action over a 950 dollar payment that was less than 2 weeks after installation.

Hello Charles. Thanks for taking the time to post a review. It is customary for a contractor to be paid upon substantial completion of the contracted work – in your case, the installation of new windows on April 2nd. Customers are legally allowed to hold back 10% for up to 40 days from substantial completion as insurance in case something goes wrong, but are otherwise required to pay (there was never any mention of a statutory hold back to our office or our sales representative). These payment terms are very clear on our installation contract, which you signed. In the very rare circumstance that our client is unable to pay us immediately upon completion of their project, we take the usual measures to attempt to collect. In your case, a number of polite requests for payment were made by our staff both by telephone and by email. On April 2nd we were told that the cheque was in the mail. Last week after following up again by email and phone, we were notified that the cheque had been put in the mail on April 11th. We just received this yesterday. Hey Quality, Thank you guys so much for all the great work done at our house! Thanks to our new windows and insulation we no longer have a draft in our house! I am happy to say I turned the heat down significantly last night & for once was actually warm in our house! We cant wait until the siding is done and our exterior house renovations are complete. We cannot thank you guys enough for how great our house looks. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone looking to do upgrades to their house. Thanks again!

Upon moving into a Tsawwassen house, built in the 70's, we discovered that all the old single-pane, metal-frame windows needed to be replaced. We decided to go with top-of-the-line, double-pane, UV-filter-coated, argon-gas-filled, vinyl-frame windows. We got quotes from two of the top lower mainland companies (I'll not name names) and then a third from Quality Home improvements. Their quote was about the same as one of the others and less than the other. But when I researched the construction details of all three products, I found that the Vinyltek windows stood head and shoulders above the others. So pleased were we that when the neighbours were renovating their house, I recommended they contact Quality Home Improvements

This company did the house behind ours; I was so impressed with how quick they were, how great the house looked afterwards, and how CLEAN they kept the jobsite! On Friday August 17th 2012 we had new windows installed in our home by Quality Home Improvements, the men came at the time promised and were very professional and friendly, they got right to work and were fast and efficient and worked very well together, the windows were installed in no time and everything was cleaned up and old windows removed, Bill Davidson was the sales rep who was very informative and helpful, we woud highly recommend this company to anyone interested.

They seemed to work so competently and agreeably together; there didn’t appear to be a wasted moment with any one of them. The job was completed in four and a half hours to our amazement, delight and satisfaction. We also appreciated and found very reassuring that we were informed from our first introduction to Paul, when to expect an estimate, and from there to Paul presenting the written estimate along with credentials from the BBB and insurance protection as well as calls of when and the time the installers would arrive. called the office and spoke to a very nice woman, She had Bill Davidson return my call. what a nice group to deal with. He showed up when promised. explained both types of windows very well and not pushy at all. would call them again if we move and will recommend them to others . Installers, very friendly and socialable, 13 windows done, no mess left behind, very pleased with how they look
