Lucas and his crew did an amazing job on our new house, and they were easy to work with start to finish. Lucas met me on short notice, got me a quote in 48 hours, and worked within my limited timeframe. They painted all walls (change of colour) ceiling and trim in the house and were done ahead of schedule. The quality was excellent and they left the house clean. I would hire them again no problem.

Lucas and his crew did an excellent job redecorating our house. They faced many challenges: stripping old wall paper, walls in need of repair and a number of different rooms. Peter and Ziggy take great pride in the quality of ther work and Lucas went out of his way to consult with us and make sure that we were satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Lucas and PTI. He came very highly recommended by one of my neighbors from a few doors away. The little things we take for granted, such as hygiene and common sense seem to elude some of those in trades these days. Lucas and his team were punctual and considerate to my neighbors. The job was complete early and as result we were able to limit the number of people in the house at any one time. We recently contracted Lucas from Perfect Touch Interiors to paint the interior of our 2 1/2 storey home in preparation for sale. I was impressed by Lucas' professionalism from the start. He returned my phone call immediately and came by to look at the house same day. He was proactive about suggesting the types of paint to use on each surface to best showcase the home, with an eye to minimizing flaws and remaining neutral to appeal to prospective homebuyers. I received the quote in writing that same evening - by far the most prompt response of all the painters I had quote on the job. We were pressed for time and Lucas was very accommodating. He squeezed us in between jobs about a week and a half later. He painted with a small team over 6 days, finishing on time and taking care to keep the house as clean as possible during the process. We were very impressed with the quality of the work. Our baseboards, stairs and wood trims were very old and damaged. Lucas did some minor sanding and they are much improved. The house in general looks a million times better. In fact it looked so good that it sold in 24hrs!! We were very happy with Lucas and PTI. Courteous, professional, competent, reasonably priced, punctual and responsive. I would recommend PTI to friends and family (already have in fact) and would definitely use him again when we move.

We found Lucas through a direct mail piece he sent to our home. We liked that he serviced our area and had great reviews on HomeStars. We were not disappointed by his service.
