    Office organization

    For Christmas, I gave my husband a gift certificate for Kim's organizing services. As we get busier with our home business, a well-thought-out work space is essential and what we had was ineffective. Kim's first session helped clear mounds of paper that didn't have a home, and planted the seeds of how to better use our space. Our second session took what was left and assigned it a home and a system. That same day we also headed out to get her recommended purchases, excited to carry through on all her suggestions. As a result of just two sessions, the whole room looks better, more streamlined. The differences may not be as obvious to others, but they are huge to us. We have discarded an astonishing amount of unnecessary stuff, and found dedicated places for those things that never had one before. It has actually improved the way we do business as we know where to find what we need immediately, and it's all easily accessible. It was also incredibly freeing! Beyond organization, what Kim helped give us was a change of mindset. We've hit the ground running since her time with us, and thanks to her it’s easier than ever!

    House Staging

    Professionally designed, house looked amazing, definitely had a 'WOW' effect from buyers, house was sold in 2 days with multiple offeres. Definitely worth an investment, if selling yourself like we did. Kim is very professional and easy to work with, very organized and flexible at the same time.

    Organizational/decorating advice

    In two hours, Kim managed to erase the concerns we'd been having about the challenges in our new (very small) bungalow. Her expertise was terrific. She had ideas and suggestions galore that made us feel excited--whereas before, we'd felt anxious. Then, she followed up the consultation by sending us a few emails w/ links to possible product solutions. A wonderful, empowering experience.

    house organization, decluttering

    I spent 4 hours with Kim and in that short time she really was able to make concrete changes in how i use my space as well as to give me some great suggestions for long term approach to space. She was a pleasure to spend the day with, has a great personality and knows her space. I would recommend her to anyone to help you reorganize your home and cupboards. She also helped me change my view of how much space i actually have to work with so she left me with a great gift that keeps on giving as i continue to make space saving choices. ( baskets will change your life)Thanks Kim! PS this was a gift from a friend before i give birth to my second child so i do not know the cost but highly recommend this idea as a gift concept

    Staging

    We were fortunate to find Kim through HomeStars when we were looking to stage our house for sale. From the first phone call, she was warm, flexible, and a very hard worker. She was able to get started right away, work quickly, and do what it took to get our house sold rapidly. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed while she helped us declutter, weed our garden, run errands, and make our house look fabulous! In the end, she proved to not only be kind and easy to work with, but extremely talented. Our house had multiple offers the same day that it was listed on MLS, and we sold it for well over our asking price. We are very thankful to Kim for her talent and her hardwork, and we would highly recommend her to anyone putting a house up for sale, or looking to organize their home.

    Home Staging

    "Kim's ideas and input into staging my house transformed it entirely and I couldn't have been happier. I received many positive comments about it, from friends, renovators... right through to both real estate agents involved in the sale. She definitely has a knack on how to bring out the best in a room, right down to the smallest details. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to present their home at it's best."

    Presale Home Staging

    It was my first time selling a house, a daunting task to a first timer and I was without the skills and experience to confidently take ownership of selling my biggest investment.     Kitchen Organisation

    I can't properly say how transforming the kitchen 'organising' experience is. My husband opens the cupboards and all but kisses the frying pans. He keeps saying how much he loves the way it is all working, the layout, the space. And he's being very particular now about how he treats his beloved kitchen (halejula!) For me, well it's like I got permission to be neat. I no longer feel like i'm being overly picky about layout and order. It's not a bad thing-I want more!

    Home Re-decorating, clutter removal

    I was going through a break-up, about to have knee surgery and my Mom was coming to stay for a week! Kim came in and, without judgement, helped me sort through files, photos, finances and the like. Kim kept the goal of the project at the fore front and yet, she would work on achieving a mini goal with each visit. It was such a pleasure to come home and see a purchase she had made on display in its potential location....it was motivating and inspiring. For the record, I use all of the organizing strategies she implemented in my house....every single one.

    Declutter my home office and my storage areas

    "I had years of clutter in all of my closets and once Kim was finished with them, not only were they functional and tidy - they looked so good I was tempted to leave the doors open! It was a quick and easy process when she worked alongside me to reorganize. What a weight was lifted from my shoulders! I was just delighted with the outcome. She also helped restore my home office which is in a fairly small room. Once we decluttered, I was able to use work surfaces that hadn't seen the light of day in a while. I was able to invite clients in once again without worrying about the piles of paperwork that had accumulated. Thanks, Kim!"
