Our little basement is done and I would like to congratulate PLANiT Builders for pulling an awesome job! Quality is great, and with wonderful staff and competent contractors, what more could you ask for? Our kids love the additional space in our house.

Had our basement completed by Planit Builders. We were very pleased with the final outcome of the project. Not to say that we didn't run into some complications with the contractors they used. The project was supposed to take 3 months but lasted 6 months. The site Supervisor Graham Shepard was very accommodating and understanding. The project took so long, we were going to charge Graham rent (just joking). He did however make sure that we were completely satified before signing off on the job. I would strongly recommend Planit for future projects but would insist that they used their more seasoned trades and not the new ones they were trying out. All in all, a good experience.

I had a garage built a short while ago and am extremely satisfied with the finished product. The estimator Murray Primeau was very professional and easy to talk to. He had an answer to every question I had and explained everything thoroughly. Graham Shepherd my site coordinator was also professional and easy to talk to. If there was any concerns on my part he dealt with them immediately and was always easy to contact. The building process was smooth and stress free. When the building was finished he went out of his way to provide all the finishing touches and leave the building site in pristine condition. Thank you fro such a positive experience!

I recently had my garage built by PLANiT Builders and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, from start to finish. I would like to especially thank my site supervisor, Patrick Card for getting the job done ahead of schedule. He was very attentive, punctual, professional and definitely a pleasure to deal with. He even convinced my kids to have their handprints and names engraved into the concrete, which meant a lot to me. At the end of each meeting, he made sure I was one very happy and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend PLANiT Builders to anyone looking to build a garage :)

Thanks to the entire PLANiT team as they all were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I like the level of detail involved in the estimate, design and project kick-off. Marc Turco was the site supervisor assigned for our project and he was very detailed from the start and always on top of things. In addition to the schedule in Builder Trend, he will call us and let us know who is coming and what`s being done. we're also impressed how he managed to keep the place clean and tidy during the construction stage. I just want to thank all the team because they make the difference, like any other organization the difference is their people. Special thanks to Mark Turco (our Site Coordinator) because he really knows what he's doing and he was very helpful accomodating all our requests. The process with this company is really smooth, from the first contact (Murray is very good too) all the way to execution, everything is nicely explained. A few miss understandings, like in every project, but Mark did everything on his reach to solve the issues. Execution is clean and very professional, trades are really good too and like I said coordination is excellent. I'm very happy with the final product, but not only me, my wife and daughter are also very happy which is the final objective. My project was technically not really difficult but everything came together beatifully. From the dance floor (mirror wall included) to my wine cellar, everything is awesome. Like my wife said, is not exactly the same to what we have upstairs (finishes), but damn it's really close :). Thanks planit for such a good job. Hopefully I won't need to use the waranty, by the way one of the longest in the market, but if I will I'll let you know how was it. Cheers Rafael

Steve Belanger did a very good job as Site Supervisor. He helped us install the wall mount for the flat screen TV and was always very pleasant to deal with. He made many visits to see the progress and most of the time he was prompt. If he was going to be late, he called. He also finished up some of the smaller touch-ups that were left.

This spring we hired PLANiT to build a 22'x22' detached garage, we heard about them through a flyer we received in our door. (I had also seen there vehicles & recognized the name) They seemed pretty reasonably priced, they took care of all of the permits, didn't have any trouble matching the siding or trim on our house (which is a problem a few of our neighbours ran into when building themselves), and it was finished within a week. I was recommend PLANiT to anyone in need of a lovely new garage.
