Very Detail Services, sales people are very professionally trained, they very nice and always look after their customer, I look so hard for a home in my dream, and I found it with Jayman, plus, they are in house mortgage service, rates are much lower then the bank. Highly Recommended for new home buyer.

They did a great job at getting everything done on time. They were really interested in our concerns and questions. It would have been nice to be able to make changes to the spec home that we purchased. When we purchased it they were still in the permit stage so there should have been some time to make a couple changes.

Built with Jayman thinking they had a good reputation. Have felt ripped off right from their so called Secure Sell to all the problems since moving in 5 months ago. The salesperson acts like they would rather not know you after you sign on the line. Very unfriendly! Problem after problem, not enjoyable at all, neighbors feel ripped off as well. REALLy think long and hard before you choose this builder. We will probably sell in a couple of years and never choose to go with |Jayman again!

we are very happy with our new house. The builders were great. They used quality materials in the construction of the house. They were very friendly and professional. We don't have any issues. There's a one year warrantee. If there are any issues, they will fix or replace it for free. They have great followup service.

when taking possession of our new house we didn't care for the lighting fixtures they were using, we asked about changing, first they said no but after some persistance they said for cost we could return the existing new fixtures get a credit in the store and use it to pick out new ones and pay cost for any difference. we were very pleased with this and jayman also installed the new ones.

Great builder with great staff. They made the process stress free! I was expecting a lot of headaches that come with a new home build, but really no complaints at all. Quality trades and helpful staff.

They built our new house in Airdrie and we are very happy with them. They sub-contract to quality trades who are professional and experienced. The follow up service is excellent and we have had no issues. We would use them again.

It has been 1 year 4 months, and we are still dealing with major deficiencies! The 2 "trades days" for deficiency service was bogus in our case. Its a good thing that I've been on maternity leave, as we've lost count of how many days we've had trades people in our home. I'd say that probably 15 weeks out of the 16 months we've been here, we've been spared, other than the constant emailing and calling to the service manager and director of service regarding issues that need addressed. The service manager was not on site everytime a tradesperson was in our home. I don't think that it would've made any difference though, as wet grout 2 feet out, around my soaker tub and shower, is "normal" then the bursting tiles from soaked wood is not urgent enough to warrant a visit within a few days, instead 3 weeks...until the water comes through my dining room ceiling onto the hardwood floors and under the cabinets 2 days after the inital call! Only then did they come out 4 days after that to have a look and assess. Well that fix has been going on for 4 months now, with my ensuite shower being the cause. It has been re-built, and still not correct as water continues to pool on the floor. Jayman is terrible at responding to emails. The after service that we've received from Jayman has been short of brutal. We hired Jayman as our contractor to build our home. Well...they pass the buck, and it is us that have been dealing with the trades on a weekely basis! Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. I was really hoping to be able to enjoy my time with my baby girl in our new home, instead it has been a constant nightmare. If I this is only the tip of the iceberg..I'm sure If I had the space I could write a book. At the end of the day...if you want a cookie cutter home that doesn't stray from their original plans, then I'm sure the experience would've been different. If you want to indulge in some nice extras, I'd recommend going with a custom builder who knows what their trades are capable of handling!

Builder can construct a very energy efficient and structurally sound home, however the contractors they have to finish your home are terrible. Poor painting, cabinet finishing, hardwood & flooring. I would suggest building a basic home and having the finishing completed by others.
