We bought from Innovation by Jayman. I can't say that we are completely satisfy with the house. We got it at a very resonable price. However, we could see that the house was roughly done. We can see that the baseboards were poorly painted, and part of our heating duct in the basement was missing. They did do a good job in coming back to get stuff fixed though. They pretty much fixed everything that we requested, unlike the other builder we dealt with before who told us we need to have certain tolerance. I think they provide great customer service, but I do rather not needing to take the time off to stay home and wait for the people to come fix our home. If they could just do things right at the building stage it would save us a lot of hassle.

Jayman built a great home and stood behind it fixing up any issues we found in the first year. Finishing were great, options reasonable priced and the design/layout of the house was fresh compared to many of the other builders out there. Would buy from them again any day.

Innovation Jayman has been our builder for our first home. They did excellent work from the beginning. As a first time home buyer, we did not know anything about maintenance. Jamans took time to explain us how it will all work and what everything is for. We live at our home over one year, and so far we had no major issues. We are very happy with this builder.

We bought our first home with Jayman in January, they were good up until we signed our life away after that they were completly useless. The one year warranty,along with the walk through and two follow ups after before the year was up were completly usesless. Why did we even bother to write in the service card sheet and fax it? Our last service call the service manager did a few of the things himself(one of the trades persons showed up a few hours late and the other didnt even show up!) We haver many issues with some of the applicances and our insight on how the home itself was built, I emailed there service manager many times Jocelyn, who is hard to get a hold of and when we have serious issues that need to be address she seems to brush it off like its nothing or something we signed up for?? Our house this winter has loud banging coming from inside the house mainly at night, they told us it could be the metal beams "popping" from the cold?? Never heard of that? We also have a sewer smell in our downstairs bathroom that smeels if we go to the bathroom in our ensuite. They told us if we dont use it daily the pipes get dry and start to smell?? We use all our bathrooms many times DAILY! All I hear from them are stupid excuses that make no sense to justify our VALID CONCERNS! WE had to get our vents cleaned out from our daughter putting toys down the vents, when they came out they found pieces of hard wood in the vents just hanging out loosely there. Also they told us the builder never once clean out the vents(it had all the dust and dry wall from them building the house & we specifcally asked them in the first walk through we noticed they were dusty, they reasured us they would take care of it so we trusted them! Bad mistake on our part). Stay FAR FAR AWAY from Jayman they arent about quality they are about quanity!! Oh thanks for the edibal arrangments they dropped off at our door last week!! It really makes up for all the issues we have had on our $350000 house, the $60 you spent on it was a nice slap to the face!! Why even bother? I'd rather have you fix our valid issues!!

I had a very good relationship with sales, and the production manager. They gave me exacty what i asked for in a first home. Even after i changed my mind on a few things, and changed the plan a bit. Jayman Innovatins was there to help, and make my experience a great one!

We had our home built by Jayman in 2005 and have been very happy. Their commitment to quality and service has been proven multiple times. Whenever we had to call to have something touched up or repaired they took care of it immediately for us and over delivered. As I said, we are very Happy!!!

We built our first home with Jayman and were very pleased with the sales staff at the showhome, and also with the service support after we took possession. Although this was not a custom home, there were many options that the builder made available. We ended up getting possession of our home a week earlier than planned, which was unheard of.

I'm happy to have my house, it's nice but I am not happy with all the problems that occurred (are still occurring) along the way. I purchased my brand new condo from Jayman 17 months before I acutally moved in. All that was built when I bought was the underground parking garage. Throughout the entire build, Jayman allowed me to cone and view the working being done in my unit. They provided updates along the way and let me know if there were any issues. There were a few, however they were handled quickly and professionaly. The best part was during my 6-month review, the service was over and beyond what I imagined! Not only did they fix the identified scratches etc, they also fixed the small paint chips on my walls from the move in. All and all, I am very happy with my very first house purchase and would build with Jayman again.
