I hired P & P Renovations to finish my basement and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From the start I was impressed with their level of professionalism. Natanael provided a detailed estimate and all pertinent documentation within a week of his visit. I decided to choose P & P based on the reviews and the estimate, which was competitive. Natanael's son Natico was in charge of the renovation and was able to direct the project smoothly from start to finish. He brought in a team of workers, each of whom specialized in a specific trade (i.e. plumbing, tiling, framing, painting, etc). Observing the progress day-to-day, it quickly became clear that each member of the team took great pride in their work. They demonstrated great skill through the high quality of their work and the attention to detail. I would consider myself a very difficult and demanding client, but Natico was able to meet all my demands. P&P Renovations built a bathroom from scratch for us in our basement and renovated our upstairs bathroom. I can't say enough positive things about them. First, the guys doing the work were very respectful, friendly and professional. Second, the work was done on time and within our discussed budget, despite a few inevitable surprises hiding in our 100 year-old house. And most importantly, the end result is two rooms that we love. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again.

Complete reno of main bathroom. The job when done is exact estimated time frame. The cost was exact as the quote. The crew was on time every day and extremely pleasant to work with. With a very old home there are always hiccups when renovating...the crew told me not to worry they would fit it and that it was happened. Reno's can be very stressful, but Mauricio took the stress out of the reno. Also extremely clean crew...they cleaned up the mess every day before leaving. I would highly recommend this company.

Praise, praise and more praise goes to Natanael and his crew Mauricio and Mauricio for the renovation they completed in my home. In a few shorts weeks our outdated bathroom was converted into a modern oasis. The crew were punctual, diligent and competent. The renovation involved bringing in electricians, plumbers, contractor for new siding and all was coordinated without any delays in the work being done. The oasis was completed on time and on budget. At the end of each day, Mauricio would clean up and put the equipment away so that we had a functioning house in the evenings and weekends. I would recommend this group to do any job for you. I am more than pleased with the entire experience.

Natanael and Team were professional, courteous, trustworthy, efficient and provided PLENTY of value for money. They provided all of their references and qualifications up front; which were outstanding from the get go. They were accommodating to all my needs and went over and above on many an occasion: case in point: when I requested to have a particular type of countertop, they found it for me; even if it meant that it would delay the project by a few days. This cost P&P Reno more than it did me. Nathy followed up several times even after the project was complete for any issues that I raised; which were all very minor. I would recommend them for any reno projects you may have.

We were very satisfied with the work done by P&P. Natanael has amazing vision, and is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of the finished product. In our case, this involved an extensive rerouting of the HVAC system that dramatically improved the layout and sight lines of our finished basement. While sensitive to budget, he is very strong at suggesting appropriate higher-end finishes that really add value.
