`Cando transformed our very basic, ordinary 4 piece bathroom into a spectacular jacuzzi spa......our dream bathroom. Cando started on time, completed on time, stayed on budget and created a professional grade product. We would definitely use Cando for any future renovations.

Cando renovations came in and rebuilt the master bedroom walk-in closet and moved that toilet drain over and installed the hot and cold water pipes for the sink in the basement roughed in bathroom for future use. We will have them come and complete the job when we are ready. They arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. They did an excellent job and left the areas as clean as when they arrived. The workers are a pleasure to have in the house and are very perfessional. I would definitely have them do other jobs for us and would recommend Cando to my friends and family. This was the second reno project for which we used Cando Renovations. Cleary we were pleased the first time or we would not be repeat customers. In both instances the projects were started and completed in the time promised and within the estimates given initially. In addition the workmanship was excellent. We have already recommended this company to a few friends and we expect that we will be using them in the future.

I recently purchased a previously owned Condo that was in need of renovations. Cando renovations was referred to me from a friend who had used them in the past to finish their basement. As my budget was limited, Cando Renovations was extremely helpful in suggesting creative ideas which suited my needs and at the same time he was able to meet my budget. Bert is very understanding and easy to talk to. I never had a problem approaching him with any questions or concerns during completion of this job.

From start to competion we found Cando Renovation very helpfull with keeping our renovation below estmated cost and timely completion.We did however have to do some cleaning after words. I highly recomend them and would us Cando for future renovations. Henk Ajax

My parents had their kitchen redone about 3 years ago, being a new contractor myself I didn't have much say in what went on, however, as the work was going on at the end of everyday I could see things that weren't correct. Now down the road 3 years there poor workmanship is really showing. This of the list of problems: - Crown molding is falling off the ceiling - Electrical outlets out of code, within 2ft of sink without a GFI. - No corner bead used on drywall corners - Tiles un-level - Wrong calking used. - No clips used for under mount sink, it is not falling down off the granite counter - Transition threshold far above tile - No venting on exhaust fan I would really think twice about using this company, it has costed my parents quite a bit of money to get all these imperfections fixed in what was supposed to be a dream kitchen but turned into a nightmare. Its really a shame that a company could do this to people, especially such major problems such as electrical. Think twice and really do your research to find a good, honest, reliable company.

At Cando Renovations we take pride in our workmanship. We will repair any deficiencies within a week of a call or E-mail from a customer. In this case when the project was completed, everyone was very happy with the final product. There was a separate cabinet company that installed all cabinets,crown moulding,countertops & sink. I'm sorry to hear you are haveing problems, but was very suprised to read this review 3 yaers later without having heard any compaint up untill now. We have a 2 yaer warranty to give customers ample time to report any problems. While at the same time protecting ourseves against fraudulent claims down the road. Iam not saying your claims are fraudulent, but they need to be reported to us within a reasonable amount of time. Again sorry to hear of your troubles. We had our bathroom renovated about 3 years ago. They did a good job but they didn't tape off the work area and, as a result, there was dust everywhere. The workmanship was fine, they showed up on time, and finished on time but the dust was annoying.

We were working in a very small area and it is very dificult to stop dust from traveling throuh your home. The most important thing is that you are happy with the final project. Cando did a really good job on our basement renovation. The work quality is very good; the reno included a large open family room, bathroom, workroom and sink, bedroom, storage, and wetbar. We were extremely happy with the final work. Also the whole team was respectful and easy to have in our house. I'd highly recommend Cando.

Bert and his company installed ceramic floor tiles and new baseboards over most of the main floor of our home. They also replace all the windows in our kitchen area. The person installing the ceramic tiles was especially fussing about making sure that each tile and cut was perfect. Bert made some suggestions regarding the layout and design which we implemented and we were very pleased with the final outcome. We have received many compliments on the work. Cando was professional, courteous and completed the work on time. They cleanup up after the work was done. We were very pleased and plan on using them again to install some hardwood flooring.
