Being the manager of a multi-unit apartment building, I know how crucial it is that the dryer vents are always kept clean and lint-free; in the past, various service people have come in and after servicing said everything is fine, the vents are clear now. Finally, the condition got to the point that I didn't believe the vents were really clear; I knew I had to call in someone I could really trust, so after reading all the excellent reviews for The Duct Cleaning Specialists, I had a really good feeling; I decided to call them, found that the pricing was quite reasonable, and scheduled a service visit. My decision could not have been better; from the moment that the service men walked into the laundry room, I knew the situation was in the best hands: from their personal and professional manner to the high quality of service they used in fully clearing not only the vents, but also the outtakes of the dryers, and providing me with not only photographs of the before and after but also footage of the cleaning, it was the best possible outcome and now I know for a fact that the vents are really clear; what a comfort! I cannot recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists enough and have added them to my list of service professionals and contractors regularly on-call.

Paul and his team were great. we used them to get our dryer vent cleaned. They came on time and did a great job. Will recommend them to anyone who wants to get their dryer vent cleaned.

We recently had a duct cleaning done by Steve. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and detail in his cleaning. Also he replaced our humidifier filter. We recently moved into our first home after we completed a full main floor renovation. I found the Duct Cleaning Specialists on Homestars website. Steve came to do the cleaning. Upon assessment, he immediately noticed an obvious issue with our furnace (there was a big hole cut in it and just taped – and the tape had come off and thus wasting energy and cool air! To my embarrassment, I never even knew the difference! He fixed the hole properly and when it came time to leave, would not let me pay for the extra service– Steve, thank you!) He was very informative – taught me a lot. I’ve never had experience with duct cleaning before to compare, but I can tell you that Steve’s left me with confident with this company’s services and I will be using them again in the future and recommending them to other people as well. I recently bought a "new" old house which was in dire need of duct cleaning, especially after some renovations! As chance would have it, I came across a "Groupon" for The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Not only did I get a great price, but I also had an extremely friendly, polite and professional duct technician named "Steve" attend my home and do a very thorough job! Although I didn't get the "lemon and thyme" scent throughout my home, I DID have a very positive lasting impression ! I would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists!

Dryer wasn't working well...We were told it was a blocked duct. Paul and the guys from Duct Cleaning Specialist came out, found a massive bird nest, fixed it, cleaned it, put a cover on, etc....Service couldn't have been better. Fast, Clean, Courteous, Efficient and Friendly. I would refer this service to anyone!

We had our ducts cleaned after having some renovations done in the house. When I called The Duct Cleaning Specialists and spoke with Paul, I was very impressed with his honesty and no nonsense approach. Paul did not try to convince me to use his company, but simply told me what he has to offer. Other companies I was in touch with did not give me the same good feeling.The person who came to do the work was Steve. Steve called before he came to the house to say he was on his way, was punctual, very polite and very organized. He did a good job and answered all our questions. Steve checked our dryer and said it did not need cleaning, as oppose just clean it for extra fee. My husband and I were very pleased with Steve's work and The Duct Cleaning Specialists company. Will definitely recommend their service to others and call them in the future.
