I just walked in to my sparking home after LUX spent the day here doing a deep clean. Wow! Every nook and cranny (and I mean EVERY one) is clean! The windows, window sills, the base boards, showers, sinks, cupboard doors, floors – the whole place – top to bottom, is shining. I have black counter tops in my kitchen and I could actually see my reflection in them, they were that shiny. The two ladies, Raquel and Amanda, were very professional, very efficient and very nice. I would definitely recommend LUX to anyone and look forward to having them back here again. Great job! Thanks Allan!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning service that was provided. They were very thorough and took the time necessary to do a complete cleaning. They arrived exactly on time and worked hard throughout the time they were there. They were even able to remove the hard water stains in my shower. I would definitely recommend this company when you need a thorough cleaning of your home.

I recommend that all my clients use Lux for a pre-sale clean. I've used many other services in the past and Lux is consistently the best which is why I continue to use them! The manager personally inspects every job and has a sincere desire to provide a superior experience to all his clientele.

i tried this company a a while ago. i met with the owner who seemed to want to do a great job. they were charging i think $30/hr and i had booked four hours as that was all they had time for that week. however they were terrible. he sent a bunch of young people who really had no interest in being house cleaners. they did not clean under the beds, which i specifically asked them to do. they did not clean my staircase at all. i found an empty bag of potato chips underneath my media cabinet. NOT ones that anyone in my home had eaten. also, they were using the same rubber gloves that my kitchen was being cleaned with to put away dishes! AND they were using the same rubber gloves and cleaning cloths that they were cleaning bathrooms with to clean rest of house. they also packed up and were out of my house about fifteen minutes before the time i booked them for was up!! i guess they thought they were done. just a complete waste of money. i am surprised they are getting good reviews. i spoke with the owner after they had left and showed him the mess and he did reimburse me part of the money. but i still would never waste my time with this company again.

I was hugely impressed by all the Lux people I encountered. They were friendly, dedicated, professional and, most importantly, did amazing work. Their attention to detail was astonishing. One of the team even helped me move a table out of the kitchen, which was above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We've used Lux for a few months now and I'm very happy with the job and their professionalism. They come on time every session, they take time to leave me notes, and Al is quick to respond to my emails. It's been a year since our last professional cleaning. I wasn't satisfied with the last place I tried, so I chose Lux based on the Homestars reviews. I was really impressed with Lux. Al was quick to call back and work out a time. The cleaners, William and Katrina, showed up early and were both pleasant and professional. The cleaning products were natural and left no odours behind. They made sure to address all the jobs that were on my priority list, but took care of a few extras too. e.g. when they cleaned the fridge and freezer, they also organized it, so that I now have lots more useable space. All in all, a great job that was worth the money and I would definitely recommend them.

This is about as clean as it gets. Very impressed with the bathroom (no more rusty water droplet stains!) and kitchen areas. Floors really look great and feel great to walk on. They managed to turn the area rug for me too. They got a lot done in four hours. It's so clean I can actually have people over again!
