I would really like to change my review and am not giving up hope that Ravi will produce the Paid in Full product. Sincerely hope he is not planning to stiff us now that he has all the money up front but is not returning our contractor's phone calls. A counter top was delivered in the wrong colour (original contractors fault) back in early February 2015, so Ravi had to remake a new one in the correct colour. We offered to cover half the expense just so to get the job completed. The replacement counter was delivered with multiple errors and had to be returned. (How there could be mistakes on a second counter is surprising enough as there was already a template made in the wrong colour) This was over 3 wks ago. Now our replacement contractor has been trying to reach Ravi and calls daily without success. what is going on here? Nobody is THAT busy.

The entire team at Rite Granite was great to deal with. Ravi and his team exceeded our expectations. We have dealt with many great contactors over the years (have owned and renovated 4 homes) this company is by far the best. I would recommend them highly, and have - friends also had Rite Granite fabricate and install their counter tops and are as thrilled as we are. Competative prices and reliable service is what they offer - and deliver. The installation process was actually enjoyable. We did our due diligence in selecting our product and fabricator - we choose the best and were rewarded ! **The final product is absolutley P-E-R-F-E-C-T !!**

I used Rite granite for the very first time on my own place. I spent some time looking for a good countertop company, since our design is completely custom. When I met Ravi and his team, I was very pleased by the fact we were talking the same language. He delivered before the estimated day, and the installation was smooth which made it all look so simple. I am not only happy to recommend them, but I am suing them for my future projects.

Right from the get-go, this has been a great experience. Our meeting with Anthony at the Home Show led us to choose Rite Granite to shape up our kitchen. Everything went smoothly ... our phone and personal contact with Ravi ... the invitation to visit the showroom ... Jerry's laser-template ... removal of the old stuff ... installation of our new quartz counter-tops and stainless steel double-sink ... the final plumbing hook-up ... Ravi's crew completed the job with confidence and professionalism. Our kitchen sparkles!!!

I ordered granite from this company. The staff was very warm to deal with and helped me pick out the perfect granite for my kitchen. Every thing was installed with no complaints. I would definitly use this company again.

I just finished renovating my own kitchen and had the pleasure to find Ravi and their team. They were exceptional from the initial consultation to the final delivery. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Thes guys came right on the day we had agreed for taking the measurement (on a saturday morning ) They delivered and installed the countertop within 6 working days after taking the measuremnt.They took 4 hrs to install the countertop . Very pleased with these guys and all our friends who have visited us have collected the name of Rite Granite .Good luck guys !

We were very impressed on how fast they had our countertop installed! they delivered a day before the actually install date, which was only 6 days after we placed the order. other fabricators wanted 2 to 3 weeks. Ravi was very helpful in finding just the right stone for our kitchen, he took us directly to his suppliers to select our slab. He gave us a tour of their warehouse and their cool technology. all in all my husband and I are very pleased with their service, the countertop looks great and we get compliments all the time. I would definitely recommend them.

The countertops look amazing. Rite Granite did such a fantastic and efficient job in making the two large pieces of the countertop on the island appear seamless. It has really transformed the dimensions of our kitchen. I would definitely give my recommendations for a job well done! Additionally, I just had another contractor come to the house to do the backsplash estimate and he was really impressed with the countertops as well. He said that he's done a lot of kitchen renos and this was one of the most stunning countertop jobs he's seen! I don't want to mention the tile contractor's name, but he is one of the best also (very high rating on Home Stars). I'll put up a photo once the entire kitchen is completed. Great job Rite Granite!!!!

This company is a Horrible "family" business that really screwed up our kitchens. We had asked them for a guarantee for a delivery date before committing to them and they cancelled on us 3 times before finally delivering almost 2 weeks after the original date (1 out of every 6 calls were finally returned). This not only meant wasting 4 days off (loss in pay) a Horrendous amount of stress but they only ended up calling back and doing things after we threatened them with a lawsuit and a BBB complaint. Job was very poor: Cardboard templating (with pizza boxes), non-leveled Ceasarstone Blizzard countertop shimmed with the same pizza boxes and poor adhesive, gap and non-colour matched adhesive at Quartz slab joints, several huge scratches, poorly cut and poorly polished areas of countertop. We had to ask them to remove/redo the countertop after we were so dissatisfied with it the first time. The only have decent part was Mr. Aurora's middle son Sean was a standup guy. One of the WORST companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Only recommend to your worst enemy.
