WOW! Tony was amazing. We really did go through the house, inch by inch! He didn't just inspect the home, he gave me guidance on how to maintain my home. Things I wouldn't have known unless someone told me and he was patient and very professional! His inspection report was incredible. He included pictures which clearly showed what would need to be done and when and how urgently. This report is something I am going to use for at least 5, maybe 10 years! I was thoroughly impressed! I highly recommend!

Had a mold issue in my basement this past Summer from a leak in my basement. It was growing in the underside of the ceiling and needed to be removed as we were going to be finishing it soon. The job only took one day and they left the place just as they found it, minus the mold. Very happy with the service.

My wife and I bought our first home, and since it wasn't a new build we wanted a thorough inspection for peace of mind. Tony was very detailed, walking us through each aspect of his inspection and showing us what to look for. The use of his thermal camera was great and helped us gain insight into what was behind the walls (such as insulation, plumbing, etc.) Since the inspection Tony has been very responsive, following up on identified issues and answering our questions. I would use Tony again, have already recommended him to a colleague and would certainly recommend him again.

I called Tony at Inch by Inch Inspections on two occasions to have follow up inspections done on my new home and review items I had concerns with under my warranty. Tony was punctual and very professional from the moment we met. His inspections were thorough and he documented everything he was finding as he went along so as not to forget or miss anything. Any questions I had were answered clearly and in terms I as a homeowner could understand and convey in my own words to the builder.
