Tony was very easy to talk to and fairly quick in responding to my questions. I had another quote but Tony got my business because he provided me with a written quote fairly quickly. Unfortunately he missed adding an item that increased the quoted price, but he was able to negotiate a reasonable price to secure the deal. There was also the issue of parts coming in late, but the very next day the guys arrived and got to work. Workmanship was fairly good, i had to ask for some refinishing but he was able to fix them for me. Tony came by when these refinishes were being done to ensure things met my expectations. Overall, a reliable company that provides reasonable price, ensure they meet customers satisfaction. Thanks again Westwood!

Tony and his team did a wonderful job at replacing our eavestroughs. We had very old beat up eaves and they removed and replaced the new ones in only a few hours. Tony's bid came in as best price and he was able to start work within two weeks. Work was done neatly and in good time - meeting all expectations. During the course of the work two minor incidents occured; a window screen and a mailbox were slightly damaged - without hesitation Tony replaced both - no questions asked. Honest, professional and timely sum up Tony's work. If your looking for a contractor to perform siding work I would highly recommend Tony!!!!!

Tony and his team worked quickly and efficiently to renew the look of two semi's to provide a seamless facade between the two houses. One of the workers misunderstood downspout directions and Tony dealt with it quickly and without complaint. All in all, a positive experience and for not very much money, a great facelift for our home. I would recommend this company for their craftsmanship and experienced workers. The work was done within days and stayed on budget. The quote was broken down into each segment which made it easy to discuss alternatives if desired. The owner was easy to reach and was on site to discuss the work. Very happy with this company. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for satisfaction was because of a slight misdirection with downspout which needed correction after the job was complete, which was truthfully a mis-communication between the company and the man carrying out directions.

We had 25 year old eavestroughs that were beat up and no longer draining properly. We contacted several eavestrough companies and decided to go with Westwood Aluminum based on their rating on Homestars. We haven't had a heavy rain yet but the eavestroughs look great, there's no seams or joints except for corners and the old nails have been replaced with inside brackets so everything looks very clean. The majority of the project was organized over the phone and through emails. Tony event sent a colour sample through the mail so we could be sure it would match. There was a little bit of clean up required after the project was done and a couple of the old nails were found. Aside from a little bit of cleanup, everything was done to our expectations and we would recommend Westwood Aluminum.

Had our house estimated by Tony himself and within a few weeks he sent Ned out to start the work. Ned was very professional and kind and had the work completed in 3 days. The tops of our windows were even finished nicely too thanks to his attention to detail. He even pointed out a problem in the porch eavestroughing and came up with a resolution to fix it. It looks fantastic and I am very pleased with the results. To add to all of this, our yard was left so clean I didnt have to pick up any debris at all!! I have a big tree in neighbor's back yard. Each year the gutter needs to be cleaned at least twice (the leaves fall in fall and spring) and each cleaning costs $130 or more. Sometimes when it become cold, you can find the cleaning people anymore. Just a couple phone calls. Tony could do the estimate through Google map. Tony came doing the measurement and confirmed the quote. Tony promised the time and they came on time and did the job beautifully.
