Paul and his young helper have just completed dismantling and then rebuilding a large wrap-around deck and a balcony deck for us. We are pleased with the result. Personally,we found Paul to be respectful,honest and accommodating - and eternally cheerful on even the nastiest days in December. I have seen many renovators that do not tend to keep promises. But Paul has a professional approach; On-Time and keeps all promises. Paul built our out building (bunkie), veranda and our lake side deck. All of his work was first rate and completed within the time frame Paul stated. His pricing of the jobs were within the quotes he provided. Paul was able to also provide us with design suggestions on the builds which made the finished products better than we could have hoped for. My wife and I strongly recommend PTR Carpentry.

I called paul for basement framing with are reasonable price the work was done in a professionally manner.The project was complete on time and according to building codes. Paul has done a couple of framing projects for me: a full basement framing job, and the framing of a complex hip roof and 3rd story addition. The basement he framed single-handed in a couple of days and the job was practically perfect. The 3rd story was done within a week. Paul works at a level of skill where economy of movement and the lack of need to constantly stop and figure things out means he can knock off complex framing very quickly and accurately. PTR is a turnkey operation as Paul comes fully equipped for the job. He can even handle materials take-offs and ordering if required. If you have a framing job you need done properly and quickly, Paul is your man.

PTR or Paul, finished the roof framing quicker than anticipated so we were able to get all the framing projects finished within the roof time frame! So now we can continue with all the other work. Paul was awesome; a real professional and expert. And i love his hat. :)

Paul gave me a reasonable quote on framing my garage. He had a bit of time between jobs so he could fit my small job into his schedule. He was very efficient and neat. The structure is rock solid. Thanks Paul!
