    Patch drywall/plaster after electrician had changed all wiring in the house

    Electrician had come and changed all wiring in the house, leaving about 14 small holes in almost every wall in the house. The drywall job was "too small" for any contractor to accept, but Mr. Bruce accepted the job :) He did a thorough and excellent work, was friendly, fit me in right away, gave the first coat of patch the right time to dry, didn't rush the job even though it was very tiny, and in general left a huge wonderful impression. The next time my house needs anything doing, I will be calling him. He also was knowledgeable and answered any questions I have, gave a clear quote, and was not intimidating to work with as a first-time homeowner :)

    Remove ceramic floor tiles from Laundry Room & Bathrooms & install vinyl; replaced broken ceramic tiles; Install OSB, floor finishing, baseboards and quarter round, Purchase Trim & install it and a new tricky to install deluxe storm door, replace Closet B
