We hired Rocco to do the construction drawings to remove all of the interior walls on the main floor of our house, we had met with 3 other architects to discuss our project and after meeting Rocco we new we had found the right man for the job. Rocco was quick to respond to our questions and requests from the first meeting until delivering our building permits, he met with us, listened to what we were looking for and gave his professional perspective throughout the process. From our first meeting with Rocco to the completion of the drawings was about one week, and he was able to turn around our building permit from application to permit in hand in one day. I would not hesitate to use Rocco again and would recommend him to anyone doing any structural work to their home.

Rocco was very pleasant to work with, very professional and has great ideas about how to design and fix structural changes to a existing house. Our house from the 1930's had a very specific architecture and he worked with us to adjust to our styles and come up with the perfect design for improvements

Rocco has done a fantastic job! It was one of the best decisions we made in our whole reno project. He really took a lot of stress away because he was always on top of things. I was really impressed with Rocco's time frame. He would say he needed 24 hours to complete a task, but it was always done way earlier (usually same day). That impresses me a lot and speaks volumes of his commitment to his clients. As further proof of how confident I am with Rocco's work, I have already recommended him to a friend of mine.

I called Rocco and requested advice regarding the removal of a load bearing wall for our kitchen renovation. He was very professional and speedy to respond. As others have said in their reviews, Rocco is very quick at turning drawings around and navigating through the tedious permit process. With Rocco you get an Architect as well as someone with lot's of experience in the renovation/construction industry. Rocco generated the drawings for our basement underpinning and renovation and obtained the permits for said job. He was punctual, polite, thorough, and professional. He even added a skylight to a 2nd level bathroom to the drawing at no extra cost. I would recommend him to anyone looking for drawings and permits.

Rocco was great to work with. He was prompt with deliverables, punctual for meetings, provided professional service and easy to work with if we had questions and/or changes to our plans as well as being reasonably priced. In the summer of 2012, Rocco provided us with drawings for a new addition and was available to come out for measurements the day after we spoke. The preliminary drawings were done in about two weeks and finalized within a week. He knows how to fast track permits and we got ours in less than two weeks. We made one major change to the plans during construction which Rocco also drafted for us and filed for permit. Drawings were done the next day. During construction I asked him for a second opinion and he came out to have a look without hesitation. I have already recommended Rocco's services to friends. Oh ya, Rocco and his wife had a little girl during all of this! As with any supplier, ask questions, don't be afraid to make changes and be sure of what you're getting.

Rocco has been amazing in his work, courtesy and patience. We had our first meeting with Rocco back in February 20, 2010. We were planning on doing a two story addition in our house. Rocco came home, listened to our ideas and that same week, submitted drawings that met our needs. In order to obtain the city's approval we ended having to go through the Committee of Adjustments and Rocco took care of everything. We got the approval and; unfortunately, due to different circumstances, we needed to do changes to accommodate our new needs. Rocco showed the comprehension and understanding that, I believe, is difficult to find in the fast paced renovation businesses. Once we were ready, Rocco provided new ideas that were incorporated in the current drawings. After more than two years, the renovation has started and we may be back "home" by January 2013. Rocco was great. Everything you want from an architect for a reno project. He's fast, responsive, knows his stuff and can navigate the permit process very quickly. No waiting 3 weeks or more as is the case with other architects (and that's just for drawings). Rocco came to my house on a Friday to take measurements and sketch the property and house, all the while answering my questions about what my renovation options were. 2 days later he had my completed drawings and application. 7 days later (the next Friday) he hand delivered my building permit. I am at least 2 weeks ahead of where I'd be in my reno project if if I had used someone else. Thanks Rocco.
