We needed some roof flashing repaired and don't have a ladder tall enough to reach it. And, we were not comfortable heading up to the roof to do it! One call to Sarah at Lakeshore and she had their roofer come and do the job within days. Problem solved.

After over 6 months of recaulking my showers stall and having it come right off again I decided to call in Lakeshore Home Maintenance. I told them my story of visiting every hardware store in the city and of all the online help and recommendations I followed. I recieved a quote and after tremendous effort on their part they removed my attemped caulking, and grouting and recaulked. Not only did they honour the quote, even after the work to clean up my mess, they told me where I went wrong. They were polite, personable and knowledgable. I would and do highly recomend this company.

I wasn't sure who to call when I had a small bathroom repair, but when I reached out to Lakeshore Home Maintenance, I knew I made the right decision! They were professional, knowledgeable and helped find the perfect solution. I was thrilled when they were able to complete the project quickly and without disruption. Lakeshore Home Maintenance repaired a piece of siding that was torn of my house in a wind storm. Small job, but they had excellent customer service and were on site to repair in under 24 hours. Sent me before and after photos. Professional operation all round.

Staff from Lakeshore Home Maintenance tore down and disposed of a 40 year old trellis that was attached to the back of the garage and supported grape vines. They expertly rebuilt it using pressurized lumber and created a strong, secure and great looking arbour that looks like it will last at least as long as the original. They were open to suggestions, began the project on the promised date, and completed the project within a week.

We moved our washer and dryer to a new location in our basement. Along with the move, we decided to have a dryer vent installed to the outside which had not been done since the house was built back in the '70s. Keith and Sarah were extremely accommodating with our timeline and was able to have an electrician in to move the electrical within a few days of our first meeting. Keith and Sarah returned a couple of days to install the dryer vent and drilled the necessary hole through the side of our brick house. The price was reasonable and given the efficient service, we are happy with the end result. I would be happy to recommend and use Lakeshore Home Maintenance again. Thanks Keith and Sarah!

I found their name in homestars and decided to give them a try. They did a small deck repair job for us and then we decided to have all the deck boards replaced. Although we didn't get competitive quotes, we thought their quote was reasonable given the extent of the project. Took a day and a half and we are happy with the result. Basically on time and on budget. We are having Lakeshore back to do a small project and feel very comfortable calling them for any home maintenance and repair requirements. Plus, they are local and that is important!!
