I was the owner of a resteraunt in Mississauga, and I used them a few different times over the course of the few years I had the business, and had them repair a few different things. I've always found them very proffesional, very prompt. I've dealt with more then of there plumbers, and they were all very polite, and proffesional, especially Patrick. I did have one odd time where I had a plumber who I thought wasnt very proffesional, and didnt know what he was doing, and I let Anta know and they were very apologetic and someone else came instead, which was pretty awesome. By the way, there very friendly over the phone, there receptionists were very friendly, and very knowlegable, they've generally know the problems right when I described them (one lady named tatiana I think was very knowlegable) I had an older store so things would break down randomly at odd times. I liked how I never had to wait to long in emergancy situtations, they would come asap. When I renovated my store before I sold it, I had a few different things I needed done, and Patrick even offered to come after the resteraunt closed so then it wouldnt affect my business (water being essential to operating the resteraunt!) Many of the parts I had were older and no longer available, but he kept me informed all the while of the various newer parts and gave me the choices of the different options.They gave me a warrenty, and everything, so I didnt have to worry about anything going wrong. Price wise they were very reasonable, I find there prices midrange, which is good (Go to low in the GTA and you know your gona have to pay someone else to come again! speaking from experience.) As I said I have various things done through them, and dealt with them repetedly.

We are very pleased for the service that we received from Patric and his team of excelent workers. The main shutoff valve got broken and we had emergance line replacement. Steve attended from Anta Plumbing to estimate on the water line replacement service to our home. It was most important that we make use of the trenchless technology (torpedo system) as the service to be replaced was located under very extensive masonry, including a retaining wall, an interlock driveway and a concrete garage floor. On being shown the site Steve immediately understood our requirements, displayed extensive knowledge and gave excellent advice. His estimate turned out to be the lowest of the three we obtained. We accepted his estimate and within 2 working days he had a crew assigned. Igor and Oleg attended right on time and carried out the water service line replacement with a very high degree of competence. All the work was completed in one day and they left the job site in spotless condition. Anta's service was remarkably good and carried out with the estimated price. Hat's off to Anta!

A cracked sewer line left us without the use of our basement toilet. Johnathan, at Anta, presented us with the options to consider to make the the repair. With this this knowledge, we were able to decide on an ecomomical remedy without having to endure the cost and mess of digging up our basement floor. We bought an older house that appeared to have been updated - unfortunately, only the plumbing we could see had been done. After one plumber walked off the job (the day he was supposed to start the work), Patrick saved the day! He reorganized things so that they could start work ASAP and thankfully our project was only delayed a few days instead of weeks (which it would have been with anyone else). The guys at Anta plumbing are tidy, meticulous, get the job done well (and on schedule) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They give some great tips while they work, too. I was in need of some emergency repair to my main shut-off valve. I called a few companies and An Ta Plumbing was the only one to respond fast to fix my problem. Couple of days ago my sump pump started to run while it hasn't been for years. I paid no attention until the basement got flooded! Didn't know what to do as previous owner didn't tell me there is a sump pump in the basement! Looked this company up and Jonathan was able to come over and able to diagnose the problem right away! The pump is done for and need to be replaced. Jonathan was able to replace the pump under 20 minutes! Quick turn around! Highly recommended!

Thank you, Ian, for your review on our performance. Sump pump is the motor, it works with no attention but need maintenance once n a year. Sump pit has to be cleaned before fall time and spring time. Don't forget sump pump works when sump pit is full, it you hear noices coming from the basement non-stop, you better check right away what is the reason for this. If it's rainy outside it will be normal, but on sunny day I will recommend you to open the lead and check if any debris get stack under movable float. Call us if you will need any assistance! By the way, have a great time on your vacation :) Drain pipe has to be checked periodically (once in a five years) to avoid roots infiltration, soil settlement, connections breakage. We use cameras which specially designed to check the condition of the pipe from inside. Unique equipment needs a lot of experience to be helpful. Out plumbers are trained to make right diagnostics. Not every plumber knows the underground structure, a lot of plumbers cannot even assist customer when they meet drain problem. We train licensed plumbers to use unique equipment; draw the drain structure underground, technicians has to work many years with drain pipes underground before they will start to make diagnoses.
