Jeremy in ScarboroughJohn came nice and early and started to inspect my outside. He right away pointed out some possible issues with the structure outside. He was very helpful explaining things to me regarding some of my concerns with the house. He has lots of equipment to help with his inspection. He is humorous and has a great personality. Home inspection for purchase
gtjWe were very happy with the service and advice we got from John at AA Elite. We had only 3 days to get the inspection done and John was able to work with us on short notice. He was very thorough, he took a ton of pictures (which he showed us using his iPad after he was done), and he sent us the final report a few days later. Both the listing agent and our real estate agent were impressed with the time he spent at the house and how helpful he was.

first time buyer home inspection
Curtis Romaker in Stoney creekIm a first time home buyer and know very little about home renovations, John took the time to go through all aspects of my future home both good and bad. He was punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgable. His price was not the lowest i found but very reasonable but undoubtly the best bang for your buck.
