Another glowing review for Mike at Toronto Home Theatre: We finished our project several months ago. Consistent with the reviews, they were phenomenal, but here's the awesome part: these guys don't quit! When our projector blew, Mike zipped down the next day (on his day off), gave us a loaner, helped with the return to Epson, and is planning to set up the new unit when it arrives. That is why they're great. Wow!

I hired Mike to wall mount my 60" TV using a fully articulating mount. He was always quick with communication and was able to fit me into his busy schedule with little forewarning. Mike and his assistant Kyle, brought the wall mount unit and I was disappointed by the choice of wall mount, but I did not speak up at that time. The colour was platinum and it was a one arm model. I wanted black and a dual arm model. The install went quickly and when he left, and I had time to sit and think about it, the more the installed mount bothered me. I contacted Mike and asked for a re-install of a black, dual arm version for my TV. Mike was willing to take back the original mount and install the model of my choosing and cut me a deal on the overall price. But he told me that it would be a waste of time and money. I thought on that for a while, and came to the same conclusion. I figured that if Mike was the one who had the most to gain (with the cost of the new install and product), and he was basically telling me that I was wasting my money, then I figured he was probably telling the truth. The bottom line is that the TV is mounted safely on the wall and it looks good when you are watching it. Mike is an honest guy.

Kyle arrived for a job that was estimated to take approximately 3 hours. Due to problems with the existing home theater system (sold to us and installed by another company that is now out of business), the job was far more difficult than anticipated and required Kyle, in consultation with Mike, to dig deep into his repertoire of diagnostic skills. I have never met a more committed, diligent, and determined professional; I even had difficulty getting him to stop working to have a bite for lunch! He wouldn't quit until he figured out the problem, which was that the receiver needed to be replaced. He recommended a receiver and found one in stock for me at a local retailer which I then picked up and brought back for him to install. Kyle was working solidly for 8 hours, quitting only after he left us with a functioning system. Mike came by the next day to complete some finishing touches and check that everything was working well. It is rare and so refreshing to encounter people like Kyle and Mike who care so much about doing a good job for their customers. They are consummate professionals who I recommend without any reservation.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job prewiring and installing televisions, surround sound, remote speakers in our Family Room, Gym, Office, Living Room and Kitchen during and after a recent renovation. All his design and equipment recommendations were excellent. He also had the foresight to install extra cabling in the walls which saved my $^%# when an HDMI cable was damaged by contractors. Mike is confident, honest and direct when considering what is best value for the client. He was also significantly less expensive and more transparent versus a big downtown radio advertiser. Highly recommended!!

Mike and his crew completed this project in August of 2012, I write this review after six months having not experienced a single issue with our Home theatre, everything works perfectly and it feels like it was just installed yesterday. This is by far the best investment we have made at our home, we cannot be ever more satisfied.

My husband and I are very happy to have found,Toronto Home Theater. They took care of every detail for our home theater. This included the purchase and installation of the TV, speakers and a built-in cabinet. This is a team of professionals, who are personable and caring, and who want to please their clients. I had the impression that they were as interested in our project as they would be if it were their own.
