Rene and his crew are the greatest. No detail was too small. The quality of their work was excellent. They said it would be done in 2 weeks and it was. They did the framing, drywall, electrical, pot lights, painting, an exhaust fan, carpeting of stairs and the hardwood floor. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Rene and his team recently completed two major projects for our bungalow. Our dated 1950's basement, and our dis-functional main floor bathroom. When we met with Rene after reading his Homestars reviews, we were thoroughly impressed with his sincerity, professionalism, and calm demeanor. Rene stayed true to his word from start to finish. Rene and his team of professionals completed all the major work, including; demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing, drywall, flooring, lighting, kitchen installation, and painting. They also identified and fixed our leaky basement issues by doing an extremely solid job of waterproofing. It was no small job, as they diligently dug around the exterior of the house in the sweltering heat. I would highly recommend Royal Basements for any renovation work required. We now have a beautifully renovated, 1100 sq ft basement, with a functional kitchen, 3 piece bath, and 2 bedrooms. We also have a brand new main floor bathroom thanks to them. Our next project will involve making an open concept kitchen and family room , as well as installing hard wood flooring throughout the main floor. There is no doubt in my mind that I will turn to Royal Basements for this project, and many others for my home. Lastly, Rene and his team stayed on budget and time, and went over and beyond their call of duty by fixing other small jobs that were not part of the original plan. I sincerely thank them for their diligent work, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity. We are excited to have a beautifully renovated home for our family for many years to come, and also happy that the value of our home increased substantially due to the quality of workmanship and new space provided.

After having our finished basement taken apart due to water proofing, it was hard to find someone that would take on a partial finished reno. Rene (Royal Basements) took on the job and was awesome, Rene and his crew were truly an outstanding team. I recommend them without hesitation. They framed, insulated, drywalled, and tiled. My husband and I had met with quite a few contractors before we hired Royal Basements; but right from the beginning we felt comfortable with Rene. He came to see us the day I phoned him and a day or two later he e-mailed me the outline and quote for renovating our basement. Rene and his team, Juan Carlos and Jorge were punctual, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. All the tradesmen that were part of the job were great! The job was done on time and on budget; all of our concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. Rene delivered exactly what he said he would and a bit more.
