Our basement was cold, dark and damp; there was one outlet and 4 bare light bulbs for 1,600sq ft. of space. I had never met Lowell Lyons before he began our renovation, but he and his crew far exceeded my expectations. Lowell is very professional and organized. He was "on time" and "on budget". He has great ideas and is very open to new concepts & designs. Lowell's team is clean, quiet and efficient. Our new basment is wonderful, warm, bright and includes an entertainment area, bedroom, bathroom, office, excercise and storage area. I can highly recommend Lyons Home Improvements. Lowell does "one job at a time, done right", he is absolutely the best.I would not hesitate to call Lowell for any job.

We contacted Lowell after reading his recommendations on Home Stars and could not have been happier. We were looking for a total renovation on our Master Bathroom. Lowell had some great ideas, not only design wise, (that gave us a larger shower) but also addressing some safety issues as well. Lowell met us at the tile shop to help with our selection of product. He wanted to ensure we were getting good quality tiles and at a good price. We were confident he knew what would work and what would not in our bathroom. We watch a lot of HGTV so we knew what has to go into a renovation. Lowell’s crew were on the job early every morning until completion. Brady, one of the crew members’, was great. He was very meticulous and respectful of our home. Having the opportunity to see Brady’s work on a daily basis was reassuring. We know that not only do we have the right products on the outside; we also have the right products, properly installed behind the walls, floors and ceiling. I found Lowell and his team on Home Stars. As I am sure you have read, he does great work. In my opinion, this is an understatement! Lowell and his team are reliable, trustworthy, honest and hard-working people. They do not cut corners, they use high-quality products and they WILL do a fantastic job. We had our bathroom shower and vanity ripped out and re-done in our master ensuite. The workmanship was second-to-none and they went above and beyond to ensure that their work satisfied our every detail and specification. Working with Lowell and his team was an absolute pleasure. Lowell and his crew were amazing. On time, on budget and respectful of our home. They completely gutted our basement bathroom and replaced it with a beautifully finished bathroom and laundry room. They also gutted our (tiny) upstairs bathroom and put in a spa like bathroom I have always wanted. To say we are thrilled would be an understatement. Lowell came in to provide an estimate for accommodations for an aging parent but ended up repairing and renovating our basement handyman special bathroom. There was a lot of repair work necessary to undo and then redo the 20 year old work but Lyons Home Improvement was up to the task and provided skilled professionals as needed. The work excellent and professional. If we had questions everyone took the time to explain the process and why repairs were needed or how they were being done to enhance the work. Everyone connected with the job was polite, friendly and very helpful in keeping things within the price range while providing the best results. We first contacted Lowell on a recommendation from a colleague over 3 years ago. We were nervous to start a new renovation after a bad project with a large big box company on a previous renovation. However, we really enjoying working with Lowell on our basement renovation. He started the project on time and stayed on the reno until it was done. He met with us each day to update the schedule and review any issues. He completed the work competently and on budget. Following the basement project, Lowell has done two other renovations for us. First was a guest bathroom renovation which was a complete gut and refit. Lowell completed the work on time using a proper plumber and electrician, the work passed inspection on the first go. Our third renovation with Lowell involved converting our top floor apartment back to family space. This project included converting the old kitchen to a large master bathroom and repairs to the bedrooms after 30 years of rental wear and tear. We were very pleased with the outcome with all our projects, we have recommended him to friends, two of which have also complete projects with Lowell. Lowell has always worked with us on the budget and provided advice on finishes and design to help us achieve the look we wanted for the money we had set aside. We would strongly recommend Lowell and his team to any new potential customers.

Lowell and his crew did an amazing job turning our basement from a concrete, totally unfinished space into a great space for our family. Lowell listened to what we wanted, communicated well with us to keep us up to date on how the job was going, was always on time, was polite and friendly, and did fantastic work!
