This inspection was fine but it missed important aspects of the heating system including the absence of a heating duct in a room and did not mention other aspects of how the system had been altered. This became a significant issue for heating and cooling the house. It should have been identified by the inspection. The inspection appears to be comprehensive because of the large binder given to the client, but overall it tended to be a rather "surface" inspection backed up by a large binder of homeowner info.

Mr. Robert Patterson had been recommended by our Real Estate Agent for our pre-purchase home inspection. Robert provided a detailed inspection report/binder and offered an extensive walk-through after he completed his inspection. He was polite, punctual and has great communication skills. As first time home buyers we really appreciated his knowledge and experience.
