We had a slow draining sink which turned out to be a result of old pipes. The area of the washroom was rather tricky and involved some breakdown of the tile and wall. Vlad came and did a thorough examination and estimate and that was followed up the next day with the expert work of Igor. Between them, the work was done EXTREMELY efficiently and with a minimum of damage. Vlad was kind enough to recommend a drywall repair person who immediately contacted me so that we could get everything back to normal! I had gotten another estimate from another company listed on Homestars (with high reviews) but I was very disappointed in their estimate, their slapdash evaluation and eagerness for money before the job even started. Luckily I went for a separate estimate with Mister Plumber. It was clear to me and my husband that Vlad and Igor knew what they were doing; worked well; cleaned up and were more than helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed somebody in no time because of the problem with clogged sink in the kitchen. A work was done and since then we dont have any problems with this sink at all. Arrived on time and did the job very professionally. Explained why we had this problem (old house - wrong pipes connection), answered all oor questions and gave some advices how to avoid this problem in a future. We are very happy with the service!

We called Mister Plumber to completely replace the galvanized plumbing in our home and to replace the cast iron drain pipe. Vlad provided us with a quote and identified our service connection as lead pipe and recommended that we replace it. He also let us know that some of the pipes were copper and may not need replacing. They were there the next week and had all the work completed in a couple of days. We had the old galvanized pipe removed and replaced with PEX, old cast iron drain pipe replaced with plastic and a new copper service connection. They removed all the old pipes and disposed of it. The final price was what was quoted. We would definitely recommend Mister Plumber to friends and family.

Igor and Mister Plumber were great. I needed a repair done within 2 hours one morning, they called me back within the hour and were here within 30 minutes (at no extra fee). Igor explained what needed to be done, did it as he said he would, suggested a few more things to do (quick and at no charge) to keep my old home's pipes from rattling and he was on his way. Very simple, no stress and I will call them again.

One early morning we discovered a pool of water on the kitchen floor. While I tried to find and eliminate the source of the leak, my wife called the plumber. "MISTER PLUMBER" answered, guided me over the phone how to stop the leak and arrived within the promissed one hour period to fix the problem. I do recommend his service based on the quality of work and early response.

I contacted Vlad in a panic when I purchased my house and determine that all the push drains in the bottom of the sinks were stuck (how on the earth did all three bathrooms have this problem is beyond me)! He was very professional and initially advised me where to purchase the replacement fixtures and asked me to call when I had these things. I called him the next day and we booked a time the following Saturday. I was impressed that he called to confirm on the Friday prior to the appointment (I have had so many issues with tradespeople previously that I was surprised that he was so professional). He arrived on time and completed the tasks very quickly. He also provided tips on how to clean the drains and ensure that this never happens again. When he was here to also requested he do a few other odds and ends, which he accomodated without issue. He let us know how to contact him if there were any follow up questions or concerns. Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a tradesperson. I would recommend Vlad to anyone!

When I needed a plumber to remove some old leaking fixtures and re-organize under the kitchen sink, a friend highly recommended Vlad. He was available when I needed him, and he quickly sorted out a complicated and messy situation under the sink and left it looking clean and neat. A gentleman.

Excellent service! I called Vlad over concerns with a water leak in my basement coming from a sink. Vald was wonderful to deal with. He responded to my telephone call very quickly. He arranged to have a service man at my house the next moring. Igor came to my home promptly and went straight to work. He explained exactly what was happening and told me the cost up front. He repaired the leak in the basement sink. No more water in my basement! He then installed my new low-flush toilet in the upstairs washroom. I was very happy he did this job, because another contractor said I could not replace this particular toilet. I highly recommend Mister Plumber.
