Mister Plumber did the job quickly and professionally. This is late review. The cupper pipe was installed about eight months ago. There is no sign of leakage so far. The budget was increased though, but for the reason. They are good specialists and reliable people.

I called Mr. Plumber to get a quote to replace my laundry faucet and install 2 shut off valves. Vlad, the plumber, answered the call and answered all my questions over the phone. He quoted me the price on the phone after understanding the job. His price was fair and that was the price that I paid him upon completion. We made an appointment for next day - he offered to come same day, but it was not urgent for me. He gave me a 1 hr window and arrived when he said he would. I will defintely call him again when needed. Before calling him, I had called 4 other places - 3 had receptionists who could not answer my questions. 2 wanted to charge 60 and 70 dollars to come give me a quote and then if they did the work, that money would be applied to the bill. There was no way they could even give me a ballpark figure they said. One company accidentally hung up and when I called back, she could not answer my questions so the plumber called me back and quoted me $80 more than Mr. Plumber. The final place would send someone out for free, but could not give me even a ballpark figure before coming. I really liked the fact that Vlad, the plumber answered the call and that was the person who came to do the work. His price was fair, he was punctual, courteous and did a great job.

Water pressure in my house was very low because underground water line was made of lead and had small diameter. I got couple quotes from companies that I found on Internet. Best price and solution was suggested by Mister Plumber. They replace underground lead and galvanized water pipe and half inch copper from main shut-off valve for 3/4'' copper underground and 3/4'' PEX in the basement. Water pressure has significantly raised. Now, I can do laundry and take shower at the same time - pressure is OK. Thanks guys from Mister Plumber for excellent work. We discovered a leaking hotwater pipe Friday supper time. Plumber arrived within two hours of our call and fixed the pipe. We were charged exactly what was estimated over the phone. Plumber was courteous and clean.

We called three plumbers, first was a friend's brother, the second was another plumber from Homestars and the third Mister Plumber. Mister Plumber was the only one who called us back or answered the phone. We are renovating our basement and wanted to install a shower, kitchen sink, move the laundry area, toilet and sink and Vlad gave us estimates of what each would cost over the phone. When we asked if he could come over to give us some ideas and a more detail quote, the very personable Igor came over within a couple of days and recommended the backwater valve and replacing the clay pipes in our basement since we were digging and installing so many new drains anyway. We thought the price he quoted was very reasonable and given the reviews on Homestars, we didn't think we could do much better elsewhere - Plus we didn't want to waste time calling more plumbers who may not even call us back. Once we were ready for the work to begin, their plumbers came within two days (no waiting around!), dug up more than half our basement with trenches, installed the drains, filled everything back, and was done within a week (half of the time was waiting for the inspector). It was absolutely amazing to see how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were also friendly, courteous and on time. Vlad made sure we kept the info needed for the backwater subsidy application and answered our questions promptly and quickly. I don't know when or if Vlad sleeps since he always answers the phone and responds to emails late at night. The level of customer service and quality of work is simply superb all around. I'm so relieved and happy we went with Mister Plumber.
