I had a leak in both a copper pipe & an ABS pipe, and had to Call Mister Plumber for an emergency service. Vlad was able to come in on what seemed like a busy mid day saturday, and was able to fix both the copper pipe, and the abs pipe, all within an hour! Vlad was very friendly, did a great job, seemed knowledgable and patient! He also gave us a great price too! I will definitely call Vlad again in the future!

I called Mister Plumber and spoke to Vlad, he was very helpful in providing us a competitive quote and was able to send Igor to do the work. Igor is very knowledgeable on what he has to do and provided tips on how to keep pipes in good condition. In these times, you want value for money and still great service. Mister Plumber keeps things simple.

Mister Plumber replaced private portion of underground water line with 3/4'' copper pipe. Also, they replaced 5 feet of galvanized pipe near water meter. They started in the morning and finished by the end of the day. Excellent service and reasonable price. Mr. Plumber is Toronto plumbing contractor I highly recommend!

Igor at Mister Plumber immediately came by our home with his camera and showed me the areas that were clogged with roots and needed replacement. His common sense and cost-conscious approach in addition to master licensing with good reviews made us comfortable to use his services. His timeline was met and provided all documents to get the gov't rebate.

We were so upset when our drains backed up only days before Christmas. We didn't know what was wrong and everything smelled like sewage, it was awful. Mister Plumber ended up coming out to do an inspection on Christmas eve! I couldn't believe how fast the service was. I see they advertise they are 365 days/year service with no extra charges for holidays/ weekends and they mean it! Much to our dismay we had major problems with tree roots in 2 places that would require excavation & replacement of the pipe. The did a camera inspection and were able to show and explain exactly what the problem was and what options we had. I did ask around with another plumbing company and people I know in the business and Mister Plumber's price was very good. Through the cold and snow they dug up our front lawn and did the replacement. It was muddy work and they were extremely careful not to track dirt into our house, which I appreciated. They also had to dig in our partially finished basement which involved going through the sub-floor and concrete. I am told our old clay pipes were particularly deep, but despite this they got the whole job done very quickly. They even got the inspector out to sign off on the backwater valve right away, over the holidays! In all everything was done and cleaned up within 3 days and they provided us with all the paperwork and information we needed to submit for the government rebate without me even needing to ask. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and relieved a lot of the stress of dealing with this unfortunate situation. Big thank you to Vlad and his excellent team!

Two of our toilets were clogged and Mister Plumber showed up the same day we called. They snaked the toilet quickly, we're curtious and showed us how to prevent the issue moving forward. A little on the pricey side but all plumbers are!

I had to have the main water supply pipe replaced before the City could install the new water meter. I was very impressed with Vlad because he (and his team) always came on time (a quality sadly lacking with a lot of contractors) and did a good job. It involved digging a large hole down to the water supply in the front garden and they did a great job of putting everything back afterwards.

Honestly, I don't remember who recommended Mister Plumber to me, but I would like to thank this person. Vlad and his team installed backwater valve on my outside drain, job was done in two days including inspection. Thank you for prompt service. For anybody looking plumbing contractor in Toronto I highly recommend Mister Plumber.

My wife and I found Mister Plumber on HomeStars and we want to thank everyone who wrote a review so all of us could share from your experiences. Today, we have used Mister Plumber for the second time and the experience was the same, absolutely fantastic! Vlad, is very polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Today we had a mixing valve replaced on our hot water heater as we had no hot water. We also had a faucet changed and a couple of other minor items done. I also want everyone to know that we called Vlad very late in the afternoon yesterday (Friday evening) and he was here at 9am this morning...that is EXCELLENT SERVICE!
