The customers service from the office was outstanding Olga booked me for the next day with Diego who explained to me that they are a family business, who specialist in all type of shingles. From the moment he arrived on time to the time the job was finished I was very impress of how fast and efficient they all work. Oscar the Supervisor come and inspect the roof with me to made sure everything was done the way I wanted and was in the contract. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I had some work done by Professional Roofers at the back end of my house, a portion of roof that was more worn then the rest. While it wasn't the cheapest quote we received I still decided to use them because of their warranties and professional attitude. When we called to request a quote they were very polite over the phone. The quote process was scheduled for 12:00pm, and though they did not show up at that time, I got a call at 12:01pm explaining that they were running a bit late, and needed a bit more time. While I was a little annoyed at the time I was extremely impressed that they had shown the consideration to give a call and explanation, just for a quote. We had to wait a few weeks for the work to be done, but the work wasn't urgent so I didn't mind, and it was understandable that they had a bit of a back log from people trying to beat the upcoming HST. They did, however, arrive bright and early, around 8:15am, on the day they had promised to get the work done. All of the workers were extremely polite and wasted no time getting to work. The job was completed to satisfaction and for the price that was previously quoted, to the cent. They also did a couple of extra things that weren't in the contract. They left absolutely no mess behind and finished the job in the timeframe they had determined. I highly recommend this company, like i said, wasn't the cheapest quote, but I feel that with the service, speed and warranty, it was well worth it. Thanks Patrick and team!

An amazing job done Professional Roofers. You were recommended by a colleague from work who has used your service more then ones. I myself a single mother felt very worried about having to pay so much money for a new roof without knowing if it will turn out OK. Ariel from the beginning was very patient and knowledgeable in his work with me by proving me with all my requirements such is insurance, WSIB certificate, references etc. The day the job was done I stayed home and as promise you arrive on time and the job was cleanly done by the end of the day. Quick response quick repair time problem solved quick and efficiently! Leandro and his crew were professional at every point and made sure there were NO subsequent leaks when the repair had been made.
