Five years after installation, many snow guards came off in an avalanche. The snow deformed the gutters.

The company refused to honour warranty on snow guards. The company asked for $500 plus $25 per snow guard.

Snow guards has 4 screws holes. Only the bottom two are used. The top is tugged under the higher row of shingles.

Well its here and looking great. We ordered our ClickLock roof recently. We were told that it would take 6 weeks to get it put on. Here it is three weeks after signing the contract and our roof is fully installed. Just in time for all the heavy winds.
We kept loosing shingles here and there over the last few months. We were getting concerned that we would have leaks soon. We lost shingles before when they said the shingles would last a long time. They dont! So We decided on a metal roof this time.
The roofing was delivered and the crew contacted us a couple of days later. They came and got it put on pretty fast. They even found some wood on the roof that needed to be replaced. They just told us about it, showed me a picture and fixed it right up. Good to know that they went over the whole roof to make sure that the wood was still good.
Professional roofers, professional company. Such a nice lady that sold us the roof too. It all went as she said it would. No surprises.

Strong Winds Strong Roof
I cam home to find half of my neighbours roof in my yard. Shingles just blown off with the wind. What a mess.
It was so good to pull into my driveway and see my roof intact with nothing wrong. I walked around my house and only found debris blown in. My roof is sound. The sales lady said they put the roof on with hurricane clips, I never really paid too much attention to that when she showed them to me. I appreciate them now! They held on in the hurricane force winds we just had really well.

We woke up the the morning after the wind storm to find shingles in our driveway, shingles in the back yard, shingles in the front yard. All from our neighbours on the street!
At least ten of my neighbors are having roofs repaired now due to the damage caused by the wind storm.
My Clicklock Roof looks great! So happy that I decided to go with them. Its good to have the peace of mind knowing that my roof is not affected by the high winds that caused so much damage to the people on my street.
I have some of my neighbors asking where I got my roof.

We got the flyer in the mail and called Clicklock to discuss getting a new roof.
We got the return call and met with Steve in a couple of days. He really knew his stuff. Great guy.
We had some concerns about our current roof. A few shingles flew off in the recent wind storm we had. Steve said he could help us get things moving fast to get it installed quick. Boy was he right.
We signed the paperwork and had the roofing material delivered the next week. The installers showed up a week after that and put it on.

Two weeks since we decided to do the roof and now it is done.

We had our new roof installed and we love it. The guys that came to put the roof really knew what they were doing. They showed up and just got to work like a well oiled machine.

They had the roof on in two days and took all the waste away with them each day. between the people in the office and the people on my roof we felt like we should when purchasing a premium roof.

I did a lot of research prior to investing in a new roof. I wanted to be sure that my house would be well protected, that whatever product I picked would last a long time, and that the people who would be working on my house would be competent and respectful. After receiving several quotes from different roofing companies, I ultimately chose Clicklock metal roofing because I believed their product would last the longest and I believed their crew would be the most professional.

I am very happy with the choice I made. The work crew was fantastic. They were polite, hard working, and professional. They kept the site clean and kept me informed during the entire process. As for the roof itself, so far so good. I have been getting lots of compliments about the it from friends and neighbours. Several people have said I am so lucky to have a metal roof and they wish they could have one too. We had a wind storm not long ago and the new metal roof held up beautifully. There were asphalt shingles all over the neighbourhood, but my roof was just fine. Not having to worry about my roof anymore definitely gives me peace of mind. For that alone it was well worth the investment.
