SWAT responded to my email very quickly and removed the dead animal from my property within a few hours. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful.

We had a raccoon living on our outdoor, second floor patio and soiled our furniture. I was looking for help in removing the raccoon (if present at the time of inspection) and to disinfect the area. SWAT wildlife was able to come the quickest (compared to other companies) and were priced fair. Since the raccoon was not there at the time of the visit, Randy went above and beyond to make sure the area was clean (he helped fully remove the cushions and furniture) and throughly disinfected the area. He also did an inspection around the property to ensure the raccoon was not seeking shelter elsewhere and to point out potential entry points to consider. Since the service our second floor balcony has been raccoon free thanks to Randy!

Rob from Swat came out, found the entry point in our roof and did a thorough search of the attic. He explained everything in great detail and took pictures/video to show us everything he was talking about. He then installed a one-way door to let the critter out, but not back in. After a night of confusion, the racoon figured it out and is gone. Thanks SWAT! Would definitely recommend!

We contacted SWAT Wildlife and Insulation on the recommendation of our real estate agent when we heard sounds in our attic earlier this week. The technician, Rob, arrived the next day. Upon inspection, he found a litter of baby raccoons along with their mother. He was very professional, explaining all of the steps he would take to remove the animals from our attic. He got the babies out in a gentle and humane manner, installed the one-way door and answered all of my questions during the process. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for quick and professional animal removal services.
