Very professional, meticulous with keeping things clean and respecting homeowners space, reasonable rates. The issue was a design flaw so he fixed the problem as best he could and then referred us to a colleague of his who speciallizes in plumbing and we now have it permanently fixed. Excellent job redoing the ceiling that was damaged by the water leak.

Cale and his team were very responsive and able to work around timing constraints on my side very well. They were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job at what seems like a reasonable price for the time/materials it took to fix. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

We gained possession of our new house (100+ years old) in May. Cale was asked to gut and redo the 2nd floor washroom, remove some walls on the main floor, remove tiles in the entrance way and install a washer/dryer on the main floor washroom. Him and his crew were very reliable and worked long hours to ensure we were able to move in 6 weeks later. Cale consistently updated me throughout the project to ensure things were running smoothly. We ran into a few hiccups along the way but Cale was able to step in and get the job done. I would and have recommended Cale to others. The only area of improvement for Cale would be the finishes. There were a few vents that were not tied in and the caulking around the tub was done very sloppily. However, Cale was quick to respond well after the project ended, to drop by and address the issues. Thanks a lot!

Cale did such an excellent job with our ground floor powder room, we decided to ask him to demo our basement in order to insulate and soundproof. Trust, quality of work and price were all factors in deciding to go ahead with Cale. We knew he would do an excellent job and for an affordable price. Cale was very sensitive to our bugetary concerns as it seemed like the more we got to know our new house, the more we had to do in order to make it liveable. In the end, Cale did not disappoint. He did a fantastic job and in a short period of time. Cale also did an excellent job handling the unforseen issues he found when he demo'd the wallls and ceiling. We called Cale in order to build us a new powder room on our ground floor when we bought our new house. He was A+ from day 1. He always took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He also made sure that we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. His attention to detail was almost to a fault. The end result was a fantasitc powder room. I hired Cale Duguay to do some work in my attic and I’m very satisfied with the results. Cale and his assistant are both friendly, reliable, and professional. I found Cale online and got in touch with him to do some bathroom repair work. He did a quality job and so I brought him back to do a ceiling installation as well. He does quality work and is very trustworthy. I would definitely bring him back for future projects.

My first experience with Cale was when I discovered a leak in my roof which caused some significant damage inside the house. His first thought was to get the leak fixed (as it was raining that day). He already had another commitment for the day but came back after hours to fix the leak. He then fixed the damage inside the house. This was done in less than 2 days. Not only was he the only person who responded so quickly but it turned out he was the most cost effective too! Since then - he is my contractor of choice. He has done a complete renovation of my kitchen. He managed the project start to finish; from laying new floors, removing walls, installing new counters, installation of appliances to electrical work and plumbing. He has also installed new flooring throughout the house, completed a bathroom upgrade, replaced doors, windows and built a new deck. I would highly recommend Cale. Not only does he do great work, he is fair and decent.
