I hired Novacon to enlarge our laundry room and give me the mudroom of my dreams. Pavel was a pleasure to deal with and readily took my ideas and made them come to life. He also came up with great suggestions that made it even more than I could have hoped for. The work was done on time and on budget, and the people Pavel had on the job kept the house clean and tidy. We've had nothing but compliments on our new laundry/mudroom--and I can't believe I actually enjoy doing laundry now. I'd absolutely use Novacon again for future renovations. Top notch work.

Super Reno at our home ! Kitchen was on time , just as the floor was complete. Believe me I looked around for a contractor and found prices were all over the map. My wife and I got a referral from a friend who used Novacon in the past. We contacted them and spoke to Pavel. He explained the whole process to us in great length and with ease. He explained to us why some contractors had a huge discrepancy in cost and he was right we had experienced that with another contractor when we went on the cheap. We had to re-fix all the mistakes this " HANDY MAN DID" I strongly recommend Novacon For all your Reno needs.

This is the second renovation we've done on our home and the differences between working with Pavel and Novacon compared to our last contractor were night and day! Pavel's pricing was fair, his crew treated our home with care and respect, and the entire experience was very positive. Pavel offered sound advice at many stages of the project and kept us informed as things progressed. Several times he made little tweaks (e.g. higher quality insulation in a crawl space) that were above and beyond what the plans called for just because he takes pride in his work and wants his clients to be happy in the end. In renovating an older home there will always be surprises - Pavel would lay out the options for us and explain the pros and cons in a way we could understand. More than once he came up with an innovative solution that not only resolved the problem but also saved us money. He completed our project on time and put up with a lot of little add-ons along the way! We're very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use Novacon again for a future project! We've already recommended them to friends in the neighbourhood that are contemplating a reno. We only wish we had met Pavel the first time we renovated!

Working in the home improvement industry myself, I am very particular in what I want. Pavel and Novacon Construction Inc met my expectations in every way from the first meeting through to the completion of the project. Timing: We were on a limited time frame and Pavel's crew was able to deliver, even considering some extras we decided on along the way. Quality of Work: even with the tight window that we had, Pavel's crew took no shortcuts. The quality of work is outstanding and we are constantly getting compliments on the level of workmanship that Novacon put in to the project. Budget: Having the flexibility to pick up our own finishing details (bathroom fixtures, carpet, lighting) made it easy to come in under budget, and had we not have decided on a few extras along the way, we would have easily been lower than budget. That being said, with all the extras that we did do, we were still less than 10% over. Pavel was very accommodating to any revisions and additions along the way and his pricing was always fair. That being said, we will be using Novacon Construction again for any future renovations and eventually for a complete design / build project within the next few years. In addition to that, we have already recommended Novacon Construction to 2 other family members, one of which has already agreed to go ahead with the project.

We hired Novacon to renovate the basement in our 100 year old house. The space was originally damp, dark and scary! Pavel and Co. turned our basement into a comfortable living/family room with a separate furnace room, storage area, and powder room which we now use every day. Among other things, the project involve interior waterproofing, framing/drywall, electrical, carpet installation, shelving installation, painting, tiling, and installing the fixtures in the powder room. We found Pavel easy to communicate with and always responsive to our phone calls. When changes to our plan had to be made (inevitable in a 100 year old house) Pavel was patient and explained our options. Andre and the other workers showed up every morning and worked full days until the project was complete, pretty much right on schedule. We got numerous other quotes for this project and Novacon was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I would not hesitate to recommend Novacon.

I got 4 different quotes from different General Contractors Novacon wasn,t the highest or cheapest but me and my wife felt most comfortable with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism it was exactly what we were looking for.
