We did a 2nd story reno and there was A LOT of dust. I did most of the cleaning so they cleaners could focus on the details instead of spending all their time dusting. The house was empty so they had no obstacles. The ladies did an amazing job on the floors and the bathrooms. A few spots were missed but nothing to complain about! I would use this company again and would definitely recommend to someone. Isabelle at the office was great to follow up once I asked for a quote and was clear when asking for what I needed the most focus on.

I had to admit that these gals are pros. I will never be able to clean as well as they can. Ever. There are faucets and counters that are shinier now than they were on the day I moved in. My towels are folded, my bed sheets are straightened, and the patina of grime on the mirror is gone. All that is left is a lingering odor of freshness. First off, I was very impressed with the speedy response I received through email. After a few back and forth emailing with the time and date, we finally managed to settle on a weekend (which is pretty much the best option for me). The two girls arrived right on time at 8:00 am Saturday morning. They had everything with them and I gave them a quick overview of what I wanted done. They were both friendly and talkative, and they loved interacting and petting my two cats that made sure they were hanging around to socialize with the new people. They did a beautiful job in my kitchen, bathroom and living room. I no longer feel catnip, fur and grit sticking to the bottoms of my feet. They dusted everything, moved things when they could to dust and vacuum underneath, and left my place smelling great and amazing. I will happily hire these two lovely ladies again. They were a joy to have around and worth every penny plus the tip!

The service has earned major points by being very prompt with their email communication throughout the whole booking and follow-up process. During the cleaning I had a question about gratuity, and Isabelle from the office was able to answer my email immediately. The first-time cleaning of my 1bd/1bath (~700 sq ft) took them 2 hours with 2 people, it was a deep cleaning and I am very pleased that I had agreed to have this done, my home looks so much better, it smells fresh – clean, it’s wonderful to come home to such a clean home.

I found New Century with lots of good reviews here, so I decided to use them for detail cleaning before moving in for just one Kitchen and 3 bathrooms, I asked 2 ladies to work for 2 hours each and if they need more time, let me know. After 2 hours I got a call that they didn’t finish the kitchen yet and they need half an hour more to finish the kitchen, I agreed and they worked total 5 man hours. In the afternoon when I went to the house, I noticed they didn’t even wipe the cupboard, didn’t wash oven and fridge, (although in initial call I mentioned that these are my priorities and they put a note there), So I called the New Century to complain, a lady answered the phone and mentioned that cleaning oven inside/out or fridge in/out is extra charge which it completely wrong, in their web site they put all these as part of their detail cleaning. In bathrooms, even they didn’t wipe the shower wall, and I noticed still hair on tiles, and it shows they didn’t even wipe the bathrooms. After sending email and leaving message, and calling back the day after I talked to Kamilla and she offered to send the ladies to finish the job. I accepted to come over and finish the work that they were supposed to finish in first day. The lady worked 2 hours and did her best, but it looked like she didn’t have enough experience and spent 2 long hours for cleaning an empty kitchen (even I told her leave floor /windows as it is , just cupboards, countertop, backsplash and fridge/oven) – I was not satisfied with their service and after she left I had to clean the whole kitchen/bathrooms myself. Anyway at the end it didn’t worth the money I spent for their service, if you want somebody to come to your house and move the dust and dirt around back and forth and leave them there just call them, they are just looking for new customers and as long as they got their money, don’t care about you anymore.

My Dear Mina, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your cleaning. If you have a good look at our website it states that all appliances outside are cleaned and only the microwave oven is cleaned in and out, please read carefully. We were also not informed by you that you had construction on going at your home, we do not do any type of cleanings until all work has been finished in the home, the ladies had to work around the contractors that were in the home doing their own jobs and walking all over their cleaned floors. When the crew left after the cleaning we do not know what went on with the contractors still at the site, the dust and dirt must have been transferred to all rooms, we always let our customers know that after any renovations that have been done in a home there will always be dust left over and they should have another cleaning after the dust settles. To do a proper job on bathrooms it takes at least an hour all depending on the condition the bathrooms are in, the same goes for cleaning inside a fridge and oven at least an hour for each appliance if the job is to be done properly. And you are wrong Mina that we do not care about our customers, we care a great deal, we had sent a crew member to re-do the cleaning at no cost to you, we follow up with each person. All of our crew members are professionally trained and have experience in the field, otherwise we would not hire someone we felt could not do the job to the best of their abilities.

N.C.M. were fantastic from start to finish. I foudn them very friendly, responsive, and easy to consult with over the phone. The Maids did a deep clean of my apartment - bathroom was spotless - even the faucets were gleaming. Kitchen was brighter than I had ever seen it. Fridge and freezer were cleaned perfectly. Floors were scrubbed, windows were shining, mirrors looked brand new. I had just taken possesion of the apartment and the landlord hadn't had it cleaned... after NCM came in, I was thrilled to be living there and felt that I could finally unpack with peace of mind. I will definitely use them again.
