This is a great company. For a while I've been searching for a company that offers great duct cleaning service at a resonable price. The professionalism from this company was astounding. I think I finally found a company I can use for duct cleaning for life our house feels better now. I had to write this review to tell you guys if anybody is looking for duct cleaning or are tired of trying to find a good company, well you know what to do. Cheers.

My husband saw an advert for CCS and we decided to give it a try. We live in a fairly new house so haven't had to clean out ducts until now. The service was prompt. After calling we had someone in our house the next day. There hours were amazing and really accommodated to our needs. I would certainly recommend them. I can't tell when ducts are clean or dirty but my husband said they did a great job!

I purchased this as a WagJag coupon and very satisfied with the service and the price. Terry called to let me know he was on his way for the booked appointment. He was very professional and the only thing I notice from his visit is the that the ducts are now clean. I would most certainly use them again.

It has been over 4 years since we had our ducts cleaned. We thought for sure that they would need to be cleaned since our furnace filters are always filthy and need to be changed every 3 to 4 weeks. Chris showed us pictures of our ducts, which to our surprise, were very clean. We were very appreciative when he recommended that our ducts didn't need to be cleaned at this time. It is great to see that there are still some honest companies out there. Thanks Chris.

When CCS entered our home they were kind and very careful of our furniture. They got the job done quick and what a difference it made for our breathing. Our ducts haven't been cleaned for 50 years and now we probably will save on hydro because of CCS. We got a great deal with Wag-Jag Highly Recommended!

Although their arrival was delayed, Chris kept me informed of his expected time of arrive. Once here, they lost no time getting the job started (even missing their lunch to do so). The cleaning process was speedy and they were knowledgeable about their equipment and the effects of the cleaning. Both were very polite and all was clean and tidy when they finished.

I contacted CCS Duct Cleaning after purchasing a Wag Jag Coupon. My call was answered immediately and an appointment was made. They showed up on time and did an awesome job! My husband and I were very pleased. We like dealing with a family owned company and Chris was very personable. We highly recommend them and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I purchased a voucher on WagJag and have had a HORRIBLE experience. Twice I made an appointment and no one showed up and no one called. I did find out that they had a death in the family and because I was sympathetic, I made a third appointment. Due to very poor communication on CCS's end, they never booked in my third appointment. After that they stopped responding to my emails and I could not reach them on the phone either. I feel I was more than patient with them but finally I have called WagJag for a refund and I will be telling my friends and family to stay away from CCS Duct Cleaning. It's too bad, they appeared to be a reputable company but poor communication and bad business skills is likely going to drive this company into the ground. Update: The owner of CCS Duct Cleaning, in his response, is claiming that I am a competitor in his industry. I am, in fact, a homeowner & consumer who has had a terrible experience with CCS Duct Cleaning. I have never worked in the duct cleaning industry and HomeStars has done its due diligence to confirm that I am a legit customer (ex-customer) of CCS Duct Cleaning. So, please keep my review in mind when selecting your next duct cleaning service provider.

Bought this one on a wag jag. Phoned to explain an unexpected delay in arrival due to a serious accident causing road closure. Fast and courteous service. Took much less time than I expected. Chris was friendly and professional. Family business.
