    Office organisation

    I recently had the opportunity of working with organize my chaos. Suzanne has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the initial consultation to completion. We had Rebecca with us for 3 days to organize and declutter our office space. She was fantastic in organising the documentation and giving us ideas on better workspace management. We could have not done this without their help. Thank you for creating an efficient and organized workspace for us. I would highly recommend OMC to anyone considering organising their office.

    Condo organization / decluttering

    We contacted “Organize My Chaos” in the Spring of 2017 to help with reorganization of our living area prior to installation of new windows. Our daughter was thrilled that she could now find alll of her nicely categorized art supplies and toys. Since then, we’ve had Rebecca continue to facilitate organization of our home, as well as our office workspace. We hope to avail ourselves of her services periodically for “maintenance” sessions, and have already recommended “Organize My Chaos” to friends who need similar services. Rebecca just made the whole process so much easier and more efficient.

    Home organization

    Huge thanks to Suzanne Cowland Perrett and Organize My Chaos!! After 8th bags of garbage, and a bonfire, I finally feel organized again!!!

    A weight has been lifted! We now have a Sanctuary!

    With a busy career and three growing children life just started to pile up around us, literally. We tried to stay on top of the clutter but eventually we gave up. Fast forward a few years and we knew we needed help with our basement. It was embarrassing that the clutter had gotten to the state it had. The kids were embarrassed to have friends over and we couldn't locate items we knew were down there! Fast forward to finding Suzanne here on HomeStars! She was amazing from first contact. She came to the house to asses the scope of the job and we set a date for the work to be done. Her warm, kind demeanor put me at ease immediately and she disarmed my anxiety about showing her the mess in the basement! Although I had a basic understanding or organizing and had lots of ideas from Pinterest Suzanne helped me bring it all together and chunk it out so the process didn't overwhelm me! On the day the organization was done Suzanne and her helper Les came ready to work and started right away! The girls were great sitting with the kids and in a no pressure environment they selected what they wanted to keep and donate. If there were unsure they defaulted to, "let's keep and you can donate later". We tackled our home theatre / music room, Barbie City, a den area and the "scary room". We also re-purposed a weight area into a craftroom! It was a huge amount to bite off and it was a huge feat. We donated a huge amount of kids clothes and organized and labeled what was left that we were still using. Some pieces of the project went beyond our 9 hour day together but Suzanne kept reminding me when she sensed I was getting overwhelmed that the mess didn't happen in a day and wouldn't all be solved in a day. I have included some before and after pics. In my opinion the before pics don't properly show just how bad the entire space was! Now we are so pleased to enjoy this space and it's truly a peaceful sanctuary for my children and their friends. I whole heatedly recommend Suzanne and her team!

    Help moving in and organizing everything

    If you are struggling and overwhelmed by disorganization at your home or office, I can't recommend Suzanne enough. I reached out to Suzanne and she came to my home on four occasions to help me organize and reorganize literally everything. After moving into the house, I had no idea where to put anything or where all my stuff ought to go. Suzanne started with the kitchen and she helped me completely gut out everything and create an amazing system of where everything should go, including pantry items, cookware, and dishes. Then we worked on the office, organizing years' worth of crap and figuring out a system for that too. Then we worked on the closets. Suzanne systematically dealt with all the stuff and helped me figure out where everything should be kept. We did the bathroom as well, which was similarly fantastic. Most of all, Suzanne is a pleasure to be around. She is a lovely, unpretentious, non-judgmental person. I have worked with a different organizer in the past who was very rude/snobby -- Suzanne is the opposite. She made me feel really comfortable working through all my crap. I am elated at how my home is set up and functioning now, and is no longer an overwhelming situation. I'm really glad I found Suzanne and if you're smart, you'll get in touch with her too!

    Office, Kitchen, Storage Closet Re-Organizations

    Suzanne was a delight to work with. Together we went through everything and easily organized objects into clear bins and gave-away useful items we hadn't been using. She brought all the organizational supplies we needed and each project took approx. 5 hours of work. For one of the projects her associate Marisol took charge, and she was equally organized and easy to work with. I would recommend Organize My Chaos to anyone who wants to get things done!

    Closet and Back Room Office and Catch all Areas

    Suzanne was great..Prompt, professional, kept me on task. I have tried organizing before but left with bundles of things that needed to get look at.. Suzanne helped me deal with them right then and there. Kids had a great time sorting through their stuff and going through the memento boxes... yes BOXES! LOL Suzanne was able to get us down to one worthwhile box. My closet was rearranged with some items I had never put in them... it works really well for me.. everything is easily accessible. I will have her back again soon.

    Packing Services

    Suzanne was wonderful to work with. I required her assistance to pack several rooms for an upcoming move. She was extremely flexible when I needed to change dates and times, sometimes at the last minute. She was thorough and handled sentimental items with care and ensured they were well packed. And she was extremely friendly! She even offered to take any items I no longer needed and drop them off at a donation site at no charge. I had a few crystal pieces that I wanted to sell and she offered to take them to a consignment shop for me, again at no charge and on her own time! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who requires organizing or packing services. She's great!

    Personal Organization

    I highly recommend working with Suzanne! Not only is she a consummate professional but she is loads of fun! No matter how daunting the project her enthusiasm and formidable organizing skills made it a breeze. I have worked with professional organizers in the past for short term projects but I can truly say Suzanne is in a league of her own. She listens attentively, is totally frank and offers realistic solutions within one's budget, has a great work ethic and most importantly integrity. I felt comfortable having her work in my office setting and going through important documents and her past administrative skills clearly made a huge difference. What sets Suzanne apart though, in the sense that she was the only organizing professional I worked with on an ongoing basis, is her down to earth and non judgmental attitude. With her help I was able to finally develop and put routines/systems in place and finally have stayed on top of things. It's her personal touch and genuine desire to help her clients succeed that made me feel so supported and empowered. Thank you Suzanne!You are awesome and you've saved me a bundle and endless headaches and most importantly time:)

    Home Organization

    Organize My Chaos is wonderful! Suzanne responded to my inquiry quickly and arrived on time for the free consultation. She was friendly and very helpful, and shared lots of great ideas for organizing our home. She was also generous with her time and did not rush the consultation, which I appreciated. At the end, we scheduled a date for her to return to help us purge our clutter. One area I was particularly nervous to tackle was my closet. It was incredibly disorganized and evoked feelings of stress every time I looked at it. But with Suzanne's help, it transformed into being streamlined and organized by season, with all of my favourite items and lots of room to look through them. What a difference! Organizing our home has changed so much for us. Now we love our space and feel we can breathe in it. I would highly recommend Organize My Chaos to anyone looking for the same.
