Bought a house with completely broken sprinklier system. Remember seeing their van in the area, plus saw a lot of good review so I decided to give them a call. Al came out quickly to assess the problem, gave me inital report / quote to fix the issue. Be very clear it is what he can see so far, may find more problem once he dig in. Along the progress, Al is very transparent and keep good communication. Keep me up-to-date along the way. Make many visit to fix issue, re-assess, ask me for approval, continue fixing and communicate. Very happy with the work his team done. Keep the site very clean. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I used this company for winterizing for several years in a row. In 2016 they left a solenoid open after winterizing but promptly provided instructions on how to fix the problem when I complained in the spring. In 2019 they left a solenoid AND air valve open after winterizing which resulted in a leak and increased water bill. An air valve leak is difficult to detect as it is a relatively small leak from under the box which is easily absorbed by the ground. When I complained to Al about repeatedly providing substandard service, he suggested to find another provider. I happily followed his advice.

hi i live right in bayview hill and had the luck or privelage in dealing with alan the owner of richmond hill sprinklers,they are 100 percent the best company to do buisness with ,myself having my own successful buisness for 45 years, really get to apprecciate good buisness minded people ,alan and his company are definately one of then congrats alan ,keep up the great great work ,love all the changes you and your company have made to my ever growing and expandig garden,thanks alan

I would give this company 100 stars if I could. They are prompt, accurate and dependable. Even during the Christmas holiday when we had a leak in our garage, I called and they were here the next day and disconnected the hose. They were awesome. I've never had to wait more than a day for service and usually same day service. They also guarantee their work. Don't look beyond this company. They are first rate !!! Thank you Allen and staff !!

15 years ago Allen and crew installed our sprinkler system. They have open and closed our system every year. They have never let us down. WHAT A CLASS ACT! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I used Richmond Hill Sprinklers for the last 5 years when I lived in Richmond Hill. I moved to Toronto and, luckily, they provide their services to north Toronto area residents. The sprinklers in my Toronto home were not in the best condition and I had to relocate or disconnect some existing sprinkler heads due to a driveway expansion. They came to the house and did a great job at updating my system and charged a reasonable price for the work they performed. They were professional and courtesy and I will continue to use their services.

I have been using Richmond Hill Sprinklers for over 10 years now, they originally installed my system and then every year they open and close the system for me. They are an amazing group of guys who always do a professional job on time and for the price they quoted. They have moved heads for me when I re-landscaped and they make it look like they were never there. I have recommended them to many people who are also very happy with their work.

To my horror last summer, I received a water bill of over $1000.00. I almost had a heart attack. I then proceeded to check all my faucets, toilets etc in the house. Nothing! I then checked the hoses outside as well as ran the in ground sprinklers. I didn't notice anything. I then looked at the water meter and saw it continue to move! I turned off all the water in the house and outside. I didn't know what to do. My last resort was to call Richmond Hill sprinklers. They have serviced the sprinklers since I moved into the house 4 years ago. The previous owner had installed the sprinklers. I cant recall the fellow who came over immediately... he checked all the connections etc. He didn't see the cause. He then had a special tool to check moisture / leaks below ground level. He found the pipe that was damaged. It was damaged when the previous owner had someone do water proofing around the outside of the home. He dug down to find the pipe, replace it and put all the soil and gravel back. All that searching and repair for a very minimal charge. AMAZING!!!!!!!!! These guys are the best!

I would recommend Richmond Hill Sprinklers to anyone without any hesitation. I first met Al over 12 years ago. Someone else had installed the system but then I ran into problems and they weren’t around to resolve the issue and that is when RH Sprinklers came to the rescue. It was the middle of winter and I had water pouring get into my basement. I called RH Sprinklers and Al came over in about 1/2 hr and sorted things out right away. Over the years, they have always responded to my calls very promptly and effectively - they come by while I am at work and fix the problem. Recently, I was having a new deck made which resulted in sprinkler heads needing to be moved . Al came by a very short notice to discuss plans with my contractor and at no charge for the visit. I have a couple of dogs and look after friend’s dogs too so I call RH Sprinklers for damaged sprinkler heads or soaker hoses. Most recently, a friend’s dog decided my soaker hose was a extra fun twig to chew on and rip up - Yet again, Al and his team came to my rescue at extremely short notice. What I really like and appreciate about Al and his team are (a) they respond promptly and efficiently to my calls (b) they are very honest and always propose cost effective solutions and (c) they remember my dog’s names and respect the fact that I have dogs and give me a price break on some issues I run into becoz of my furry pals.
