Mr. Ara Der-Garabedian was introduced to us for some home renovation work (new bathroom, new facets, etc). We found Ara to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable Plumbers we have had the good fortune to come across. He arrived one the day and time he said he would and got started on the work right away - very dependable! His work is impeccable; he cleans up and is very respectful of your home. Fantastic job Ara! We can't wait to pass on his info to our friends and collegues.

Based on Homestar reviews, I also called Ara to obtain a quote to install a waste disposal unit under our kitchen sinks, hired him immediately and very pleased I did! He is a professional in every sense of the word, knowledgeable, thorough, does not cut corners and his workmanship is outstanding. My Wife appreciated the fact that he cleans up after himself. I have no hesitation in recommending him. His price is fair and and the job was completed for the price quoted despite the fact that he had to do some re-working of the drain pipes before the unit would fit and operate properly.

We had to re-route some plumbing, gas piping and install dishwasher and waterline to fridge. Ara was very knowledgeable and made suggestions on how things would work better for us. We interviewed many contractors for the bathroom we wanted in the basement of our newly purchased home that was built in 1973. Some called us back some did not. CSI showed up and gave a thorough explanation of what would take place and made some excellent suggestions based on their experience that would give a more pleasing result. It was a big project that required taking out the old concrete floor and removing some of the old drains and laying new pipe. After having met the CSI team I knew we would use them. You get a feeling when you meet certain people and we both had a good feeling with CSI. CSI more than met our expectations and we would recommend them and use them again for any project large or small.

The basement washtub faucets were leaking. In addition to replacing the faucets it was recommended that shut-off valves be added and the old copper piping be replaced as the previous owner had made multiple changes. This was a great idea as the water supply for the washing machine was serviced through here. Not only was this work done in a very professional manner but superior customer service skills were displayed which made the complete experience enjoyable. Highly recommended to all.

I needed some bathroom renovations done and appliances installed. CSI plumbing delivered, professional work, everything was made to code, he made functionality suggestions, well mannered, even cleaned his area work once completed. He definitely changed my mind about plumbers.
