From quote to completion, Pierce and his team were efficient, detail oriented, cost effective, and most importantly, produced quality work. We needed to have our eaves sealed, a downspout replaced and re-routed, as well as some soffit/ fascia repair. We purchased and are living in a "fixer upper" home so we are no longer rookies in the quoting process! It can be long, drawn out and somewhat painful. This was not the case with Tip Top Trough. On a windy night, we were woken up by a very loud rattling noise. After realizing that the sound was coming from out side, we grabbed flashlights and went to check around the house. Our eaves trough had come loose and was banging against the house. With a baby trying to sleep the noise was unbearable. The following morning we call Tip Top Trough and told them our problem. By that afternoon they had someone on site to repair and re-secure the broken pieces. they also replaced all of the nails holding in our entire trough around the house, to make sure this would not happen again. The prompt and terrific service was really what we needed to put our minds at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.
