With winter approaching we needed our leaking patio door replaced ASAP. Their online quote system was easy to use, the price we got was great. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and had us booked for service within the time frame he promised. On that day their employees showed up right on time, they were clean, courteous and quick! They had the job done in a couple of hours. They cleaned up, loaded up all their trash including the old door, shook my hand and they were off to the next job. They did an excellent job with the install. Its very neat and clean, well sealed and I am pleased with the quality of the door. We can now enjoy our office, its much warmer and the door looks great! I found online windows here on HomeStars and I have to say that the recommendations were dead on. Used them to replace three basement windows and they did a wonderful job and a great price. I would recommend and will be using them again.

Mike and his team did a tremendous job on the installation of our windows. We had two large picture windows which we wanted to replace. We decided to have 4 windows installed (2 for each picture window). Because of the excellent job, the exterior of our house looks brand new. Several of our neighbors have commented how great everything turned out as well. I could not be happier. Also, Mike and his team were very professional, easy to deal with and did a great job cleaning up after the job. I know I will use onlinewindows.ca in the future (and I am sure my neighbors will too).

Based on the reviews on Homestars (and after comparing the cost with other vendors) we ordered a replacement patio door from Online Windows. We were not disappointed. After ordering the door online, a representative from Online Windows came around a couple of days later to double check our measurements (very important for my peace of mind). The door only took about a month or so before they were ready for installation and Chris kept in touch during the process to let me know when they would be ready. The installation itself went very smoothly - the installers arrived on time (5pm on a weekday which was perfect for me), worked quickly and did a good cleanup afterwards. The door itself was installed and finished to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Online Windows.

I needed to replace a leaky old window for my energy audit. I Found onlinewindows.ca on this site and went to thier website for an online quote. I had our 1st floor windows replaced by Homedepot. This window was about the same size as one of the windows I had replaced, but the cost from onlinewindows was about 60% of the price installed. Great service and good communication.
