Pierre provided exceptional service in our major kitchen renovation (added new outlets, potlights, and lighting), even on very short notice. He was excellent to work with, very flexible and customer oriented. The value for the service provided was very good, and we were really happy with the work that was done. Thanks Pierre, well done !

Edit: It turned out that the invoicing had been done by staff in the owner's absence. On returning from holiday he contacted me with an apology and a refund for the entire invoice. Happy to recommend them. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We used Java Electric to do electrical work in my office building. The work was done to a good standard and at a reasonable price. I then called Java Electric to take a look at a ceiling light in my home that had stopped working. I received a call back two days after leaving a message on their voicemail - not unreasonable during busy times - and made an appointment for the following day. The electrician arrived on time and fixed the fault - a broken light fitting - in under an hour. It was when the bill arrived when things got ugly. His hourly rate, for the first hour, was $165, with tax the invoice came to $180 for less than an hour's work. My usual electrician told me he would have done the job for $60, all in. When I called to enquire about the cost, I was told that that was it and there was nothing they were prepared to do. They have lost all of my future business. Their work is of good quality, but the pricing is ridiculous.

Antonio was very comfortable to work with. He showed up early in the day for each appointment and was focussed. I definitely felt he wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. He included me in the entire process and listened to my ideas, and was very respectful. I would definitely use Java Electric again!

We knew immediately that Pierre was the perfect person to tackle the massive job of rewiring our whole 110 year old home. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. He was always punctual, he worked long, hard hours in extreme heat, he was meticulously neat, and was always patient - even when we changed the plan several times during the job. Pierre is a very skilled electrician, he was able to offer suggestions and come up with solutions to all the challenges he encountered. Pierre made sure we were happy with everything, he takes great pride in his work and we felt very comfortable having him in our home with our kids and dog. We interviewed several electricians initially and although his quote was not the cheapest, it was also not the most expensive and we truly believe we received amazing value for our money. We have recommended him to many friends and family and would welcome him back for future projects.

I had sought their help couple of times First Time: Pot Lights, Hanging 20 feet ceiling Light fixture and new Electrical Outlets: Pierre and his team was very punctual and prompt accomplishing the job. Very clean and to the dots and Ts(followed all the electrical codes) When other highly rated companies refused to take my project Java associates were very glad to perform the task. Also they cleaned up my place after the project completed They are bit pricing compared to other estimates, but you get what you pay for. Second Time: TV mounting over the fire place: This time again very prompt but Pierre was alone himself thus I was willing to assist him a little bit. Did very clean job and did adjust the price on the final estimate for the job done. Also Pierre travelled on the same day to get an electrical unit that was required for the project to be completed and did not charge anything extra for that as well. Overall very happy at both times Will be happy to recommend for others and will go for them in the future as well.

Yunior and Jose did a fantastic job. They worked on the potlights for several hours, problem solving patiently as they went along, as the job turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. Yunior was meticulous and professional. Both men were very friendly and polite. It's great to have potlights that work, at last! Many thanks to a wonderful team!

This review was probably supposed to be written a while ago cause the job itself was done a while ago. But it wouldn't hurt to share how my experience went with Java Electric. Me and my wife occasionally have birthday parties, ceremonies and other functions occasionally at home. And what we do is had a tent set-up outside. So we thought it was time to run an official line to give lighting to the tent outside. In regards to the job Java Electric did. It was greaaat! The rep. who came at first had arrived on time. And they say "the first impression is the last impression". So I new my experience with Java electric would be great. A company definitely to be recommended to everyone.

I needed wiring and two light fixtures installed in our loft but only had a weekend to do it in and Pierre from Java Electric come through. Although he was on vacation when I sent the request he replied and came to see me as soon as he was back in town. Extremely pleasant and professional to deal with, he visited our place and gave me an estimate and started working a few days later. He installed the wiring and the lights in a clean and aesthetically pleasing way, he even moved an existing cable so that it would be hidden nicely away. (we have exposed concrete ceilings) Although it took a little longer than both he and I thought, the price didn’t change and we can now see in the dark. Thank you Pierre.

I am very satisfied with Manuel Marrero's professionalism, great quality of work and friendly attitude. My basement was empty and unfinished and he was responsible to install all electrical outlets for 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom and the kitchen so a significant job. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He was very prompt and finished the job on time. He made sure all outlets we up to code. He was very thorough and really took his time to make sure everything was in order and CLEAN before he left. I'll definitely go with him again if ever I needed alectrical services in the future.
