Installation of our NTI NY Thermal Inc Trinity Ti150c was prompt and efficient, but some key errors were made that may cost us dearly in the long run. Firstly, our venting pipe was made of PVC not rated for high temperatures and should be replaced. Only one pump was installed - this unit needs 2 pumps to force the water through very small channels within the heat transfer chamber. And the emergency pressure relief valve was installed horizontally, which is not to code (should be vertical. Phone calls and emails are unanswered and I can only assume this company has disappeared - so this post is for those who have also used G Force Air, to have the install of their system checked out.

Mark G came to quote and talked the talk (2009, not 100% sure of costs as listed). Professional, personable, good advice etc. But know that he does not do the work himself. Contracted out to a capable but messy father and son team. Required supervision, tricky job in an old house so something is bound to get messed up, but after they left, my electrician noted they had done things to rad system pipes that left electrical wired wound around the system. Not great thinking. And they weren't cheap. But I hadn't found homestars yet so now I know better. Not surprised to hear they are no longer around.

But I need a duplicate receipt this year, and they seem to have disappeared. Their phone numbers are both disconnected. I am really sorry to be in this situation. I wonder if there are others?

I had central air conditioner and tankless hot water heater installed by these guys 2 years ago. Now the AC is not cooling. No response to email for service call and their phone numbers are no longer in service. I think these guys have gone out of business. No wonder. Called another contractor and he told me that it is a poor installation and unit would have to be relocated before they would service. Stay away from these guys in case they resurface.

I had Marc install a Veissman boiler in November 2010. A year later I was having problems. Service calls went unanswered. I brought in another company which explained that the entire boiler was installed incorrectely and had severely damaged the boiler. I'm now left with a large bill to repair a brand new boiler. Completely unqualified.

Our older house with radiant heating needed AC. We got quotes from a couple of companies but Marks advice and suggestions made him the clear choice. I had an 8 month old baby at the time and Mark and his staff were very considerate even telling me when they were going to make noise so I could move her away or plan around her nap. They did an excellent job cleaning up. We installed AC with a heat pump. The heat pump was Marks suggestion. My A/C died a while ago. I got the runaround from a couple of contractors until I found G Force. It was the beginning of July 2010 and the crazy humidity had started in earnest. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone who could get the job done quickly. After calling the company, Mark, the owner, showed up the next morning to give me an estimate. It was the best one I had gotten. Mark was able to arrange for a an appointment to do the work within about a week. Unbelievably, he ended up squeezing me in even earlier. He sent a crew of 4 guys, all of whom were courteous, polite and worked their butts off. There were some complications because of the layout of my loft, but they were able to fix everything up in a half day. The crew was even doing all the work as my 2 German Shepherds were following them everywhere. They also left my place cleaner than when they first arrived. I would recommend G Force without hesitation, even to my Mom. Seriously. If you want professionalism, fast and efficient service at the most competitive rates anywhere, call them.
