Very unprofessional staff who came to work. They hire per hour and the guy installed dripline and did a lousy job. Smoking buds were everywhere. Record their words when signing up contract with them. They took advantage of me and did not complete their work. There is a serious disconnect with their staff and management. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they don't understand customer service.

I am a new client with an estate home. The sprinkler system is large and complex. Vince was able to fix 3 pipes shredded by stump removal, explain the system to me, install wifi and make good recommendations too. Thank - you Mike the Mechanic for recommending Mr. Green Lawn to me.

The office was able to tell me exactly when they could come. I have a large estate property with a relatively complex system. Vince was able to install a wifi on the system, size up and explain the system and repair 2 of the 3 leaks in less than 3 hours. The remaining leak is under a large root. It is an old system and mostly due to tree growth we need to make some changes. Thank you Mike the Mechanic for recommending Mr. Green Lawns.

We were having interlocking stone put down around our deck when then contractors noticed that there was damage to our underground sprinkler system which would prevent them from finishing their job. Pro Aqua came to our rescue on extremely short notice and after a few hours of work, managed to resolve all of the issues. The company representative who performed the job for us was extremely professional, knowledgable, hard-working and was willing to consult with our other contractors to ensure that his work would comply with what they needed to be done. As an added bonus, the President of Pro Aqua stopped by our home to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. We cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their high quality of service, coupled with their understanding of the importance of their customers' needs is second to none.

While in the process of doing house renos we decided to install an irrigation system in both backyard and frontyard, and received several quotes to install the lawn sprinklers (and a few outdoor lights in the walkway, up against the house, etc.). We went with Pro Aqua and have been really happy with the decision. Jenn was highly professional and had a really good eye for landscape design, and the entire team did a fantastic, clean, professional job. The quote was very reasonable and even when I asked to make a few modifications they did them for us efficiently and, to our surprise, didn't charge us more as a result. Would recommend them to anyone. The system runs great (though it's too cold this week to have it on!).
