I had to have the steps and front walkway replaced on my older home last year. I called Reco to provide a quote. Dominic's price was competitive and he was very knowledgable, for this reason I chose him to do the work. He did a great job and the concrete has held up very well. I will definitely call Dominic again if I need more concrete work done.

We had waterproofing done around our house. All the old concrete needed to be removed to do this work. When we were ready for concrete we hired Domenic from Reco Concrete to rebuild our walkways. He kept his schedule and worked very hard to get the job done. He was also very patient when we had questions about the process. I would hire him again if we needed more concrete work to be done, Domenic was great.

Old sunken, heaved and broken sidewalk, and a number of places around the house where old masonry had cracked or heaved and water was getting into the basement. Domenic and his crew did a fantastic job. They built forms and created custom concrete slabs to make sure water goes away from the house. And it worked - the basement is dry even in heavy rain. And, he went above and beyond. the day after he poured the concrete for the sidewalk, he noticed that it wasn't thick enough in spots. So he broke it up and redid - no questions asked. That's integrity.

Domenic from Reco Concrete was great and did an excellent job with resurfacing the porch, building new concrete stairs and new front slab which was extended. He even filled in a gap with concrete at the side entrance to prevent water from coming in. He was always on time, on schedule, very reliable and his workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Domenic and Reco Concrete. In fact, Domenic will be putting down a concrete floor in my basement soon. I did in fact call another popular homestars business but was disappointed that this person made promises to come out and made me wait a month for an intial appointment but never followed through and made a million excuses about how they cannot do the project. So I am staying away from the more popular listings and go with someone who is honest, reliable, and reasonable in his pricing. Domenic is the best.

I hired Reco last summer for a sidewalk along the side of my house and stairs in the front. The concrete was given a brush-coat and the sidewalk was cut to ensure no cracking. Domenic began and completed my job in the time frame that he had promised. Domenic, who had told me that he has been doing concrete jobs for over 20 years, was professional and honest. Ultimately, the job truly exceeded my expectations, and was done for a good price compared to the previous estimate that I had received. Reco is definitely a good choice for any homeowner in search for a traditional concrete guy capable of finishing concrete to near-perfection.

Called Reco Concrete to replace old stairs that were almost 10" high on one of the steps making it difficult to climb up and down. Stairs were shifting and caused a large crack down the walkway. I had Reco make 3 stairs 20" deep by 5" high instead of 2- 8" and 10" and it now is so much easier to walk up and down the stairs. They did a great job quickly and cleaned up everything after they were finished. We just wanted a simple concrete walkway and stairs and we couldn't be happier.

I hired Reco Concrete to rebuild the walkway that extended from my backyard along the side of my house, across the front of my house, then running along the driveway to the street. There was an old, crumbling walkway there so rather than bust that up and take it all away, the new walk way formed to be two inches wider on each side and higher, effectively encasing the old cement, then a new section was dug in the front yard to carry the original run further from my front step down to join the city sidewalk in front of the house. The crew was friendly and punctual and the job was finished on time. The work was, as someone else here mentioned, good quality, old school cement work. I was very pleased with the finished product and would happily recommend Reco Concrete to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, quality job done by an experienced, honest contractor.

We hired Domenic and his team to pour and finish our new basement floor. We found him very easy to deal with in coordinating/scheduling the job and found his team to be very pleasant. The level and finish on the floor is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Domenic is a traditional cement worker. He measures,calculates, frames and pours cement by hand in the traditional way. It is a skill seldom enjoyed in this age of high-tech equipment and large industrial businesses. I am glad I had him do this job. From a brief conversation on site about the area to be surfaced, slope, drainage, and all the 'what if' concerns, I got it all!!! Everything we agreed on he delivered confidently, and skillfully. Both he and his son, who works with him, were at all times pleasant, timely, and reassuring in words and work. He does not do frivilous fancy work which I would not want anyway but does produce a sensible, functional, and sound result. I highly reccomend him to anyone wanting the same!

Domenic is an honest and knowledgeable person in all concrete work and gave a fair price for stairs and a patio compared to another two estimates I received. Reco gave me an estimate within days and was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the job and highly recommend Reco for any concrete work. I plan on getting a walkway in the future and will use Reco Concrete again.
