Basement waterproofing and drain repair
C & RWe called Draincom for a leak in our foundation. Carl and his crew were very PROFESSIONAL. They started on time and ended on time. Thank goodness they have capable and knowledgeable employees because they discovered a clogged drain in the floor and were able to fix it at the same time which saved use a lot of money to fix now due to circumstances. THANK YOU Carl and Draincom. If the need ever arises, we will not hesitate to use your services again as well as recommend you company!

SUMP PUMP INSTALLED TO FIX LEAKY GARAGE
JENINE CONDOTTA in YorkI had a serious leak in my garage. One quote wanted to dig from the outside for $3500...another quote wanted to tear down the complete side of the garage wall for $4900, "JUST IN CASE" SLAVA KOVAL came and immediately identified the problem, installed a sump pump for $2600. They were prompt, competent, courteous, efficient, hard-working, identified the leak immediately and charged more than a fair price. I have nothing but praise for an outstanding, extremely well done job. Thanks Slava and your team !

Basement lowering

Crack repair to basement wall

Waterproofing
Valeriy in EtobicokeWe recently had work done in our crawl space, that consisted of a drainage system and concrete, this short letter is to let you know how the job was done. The professionalism of your company was noted from the first day when Carl came out to give us an estimate on what was needed for the job. Then came the day the work crews came to do the actually work, from the time they dropped the tarps to cover our carpet untill they put salt on the driveway and street as they leaving they acted in a very professional and polite manner. We are very pleased with the outcome of our finished crawl space, the quality and the workmanship of the finished product rates very high with us, knowing that you are a large company and we just had a small job for you we never expected this, we would not hesitate to recommend your company to other that need waterproofing/concrete work. We could not remember the names of all the workers that did the work at our house, but i am sure you can check your records on who was here, please let them know that their professionalism and politeness was greatly appreciated.

water line
steve in EtobicokeThank you Draincom.This is an extremely profrssional company.Karl end Slave were the best-explaining everything thoroughly the project.Some issues arose with the water line upgrade due to problems on the city side, but Slave put me at ease and solved the problem quickly and seemlessly.Not only are they good at hte work, butthey are exceotional problem solvers. What a relief than was!The city upgraded their side of the water line after Draincom completed hteir work.We knew that would mean another trip from Draincom a couple of weeks after the initial works was done.True to their word, I gave them a days notice and Carl was here.You don't get that king of service everywhere!The crew exceptional drain replacement specialist. Not only are they extremely competent at drain replacement & water line upgrades, but they clened up better than I've ever seen before. What a tbeat! This company was referred to me by one of my neighbours. No wonder! I've already referred Draincom to a friend of mine! Thanks for ever

Waterproofing/ Drain repairs
Olivia in YorkWe have hired draincom twice. Once to rapair our clay pipes and once to waterproof our basement. They did a fantastic job! Slava the supervisor was on time, professional, and very accomodating. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make us happy and make sure we were comfortable. We would use them again in a heartbeat. They were also very affordable.
